Came to this BurgerIM location just steps away from the Metro/Airport light rail station on the Green/Blue line on a Saturday evening. It was close to closing time, so we had the place to ourselves. We ordered the Angus Beef burger and the Chicken Sandwich with fries and they were all very good. About $30 total. The atmosphere is laid back and you can have beer on tap with your food. Counter seats as well as table seating. Parking is free at this location. Not too bad and we'll look forward to coming back.

First time having lunch here and I regret coming at all. There was one employee working during the peak lunch time (12 noon) who took our orders at the counter next to the cash register. He also brought out our food. I hoped he washed his hands to serve our foods. Also, their drink dispenser had over 20 different flavors which was great but more than two-thirds were unavailable, including most of the fruit drinks. Only a few carbonated sodas were available. I don't drink sodas. The burgers are approximately $10 each and do not come with anything else. Fries and drinks are all extra charge. For that price I rather go to Five Guys, Habit, or any other sit down burger restaurants. First experience is always important and they blew it for me.

There is never a manager around to deal with issues like food poisoning I recommend do not eat here they do not wash their hands my entire family got sick and I am still waiting to speak to a manager regarding this 3 weeks ago and nobody has called

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Placed my order, took May 10 minutes to get food. Not bad. The burger was really juicy. Wasn't dry or anything like that. The fried were good too. They were not over cooked in the deep fryer. They sell alcohol and cocktails as well. As for the soft drinks, they just had juice like HI-C, most of the soda was out but they had an order being delivered soon. Overall, the food was great.

They don't have the burgerim fries. The burgers aren't bad. The restaurant is completely silent and awkwardly laid out. Staff was nice.

Solid burgers being sold here. It's a little on the small side but it's tasty for sure. The restaurant itself is small a needs a deep cleaning to bring it back to that new shine. The service is great and they are trying their best, just lacking in a few areas...

The grilled chicken and fries were pretty good and your day shift employees try really hard, but your closing crew did not do their jobs. Soda machine was broken and wasting product. Condiment station was not cleaned from the night before. More concerning was that it appears nothing has been detailed or cleaned since you passed the health inspection in July 2023. Dirty napkin dispensers. Last years Christmas decor falling off the wall. Ledges and windows were gross. Soda dispenser clearly would not pass inspection. Broken and dirty bathroom closed sign. Walls that need serious cleaning and paint. Streaks of dirty or grease running down the wall by the cash register. Dirt and dust and on the beverage syrup bottles. Streaks on the TVs. You can't run a restaurant this way. Based on the comments your store does not get cleaned consistently and this is a management issue not an employee issue.
