Pastries are generally fresh and tasty but today we bought a pandan waffle for $3 and it was made using stale coconut milk. It was bitter and had a foul taste. The batter was definitely old and should have been tossed.
My first visit here was met with very kind services from the store staff. It was pretty obvious that I’m not Vietnam and/or I don’t speak the language and it was my first time. There were other customers trying to cut the line to in front of me, but the ladies behind the counter was very kind and patient in attending my orders. Thank you!

I came because my coworker brought a dozen of Pate chard to work and I enough it soo much I had to come to the shop myself. I tried other items. I had the #5 Pork Bánh mì which was very delicious, the bread was perfect, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The pate’ spread inside had a generous thick serving and flavor wise was nice and mild. The pork was flavourful and the veggies was fresh and had a good amount. The sugar can juice with calalmansi was tasty not...
