This place deserves -5 stars. First off, I'm not sure if the cashier was new because she didn't know what she was doing. She was having trouble sliding my card and turns out she was sliding it backwards... she proceeds to look at me with a nasty look like it was my fault she didn't know how to use a card. I order a $9 "shaved ice" and the amount I got is actually a joke. Don't know if they were being racist because My skin is a little darker but the workers made it so unpleasant to even be in the same room as them.. this place is a joke and is racist. A little advice for the staff and owners, retrain you're staff or fire everyone and actually hire good staff.... as well as fix your portion sizes because this is a big joke. Will definitely not be coming back. And I don't recommend anyone to try this place.

Good food and good service! Went there during their half off special time a few months back and enjoyed trying out a bunch of what they had to offer! My favorite savory dish goes to their Takoyaki balls, I can never get enough. My favorite sweet dish of theirs would most definitely be the super toasts! Music wise, it's a little different, but food distracts from that.

I follow their page on Instagram and saw they were having a 50% off promotion so I went to this place. you can only have 50% if you eat at this place. Could've atleast put it on your page or somewhere. I use to come here a lot when it was b909 . Now I don't .

Very nice customer service, clean and well decorated atmosphere! Great to bring friends or go on a date. I liked my black milk tea with boba and rainbow jelly, it was very tasty and not too sweet. Also I liked my popcorn chicken, which was a new menu item but tasted great.

i work nearby this cafe and i always order takoyaki here! i get the takoyaki to go and it definitely cures my takoyaki cravings for the day. WARNING: it's a bit strange because the takoyaki is on half-spheres instead of full balls? also they use spicy mayo instead of takoyaki sauce? but it's tasty regardless.

Today I went with my friends on Christmas Eve and we ordered Golden Brick desert. Lemme tell you guys the funny part. As our server was bringing out our desert, the ice cream fell BUT SHE CAUGHT IT WITH HER BARE HAND. YES LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, HER BARE HAND. She then puts back in place and serve RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. My friends and I all witness this hilarious and also disgusting moment as if we're supposed to eat some BARE HAND-HAND MADE ICE CREAM LOL. Server didn't even bother taking it back and give us new ice cream and she didn't even care that her whole bare hand touched our desert. HORRIBLE SERVER AND VERY CARELESS. I have a picture taken as you can see that our ice cream was messed up along with our brick (bread cube).

I literally just got come back from this place nearly 10 mins ago, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! I haven't been into this location since it was originally called Sno Crave, and I only came by today thinking it was still called that! The crepes were awesome and the matcha ice cream jasmine tea was HEAVEN. I am such a big matcha ice cream fan and I guarantee that any matcha lovers will enjoy this drink! We purchased 2 drinks, 3 crepes, and 1 rice desert for only $23! It's because of the 50% they had going on but the food was still great. Me and my sister sat near the register and the cashier couldve easily just called out our order and we could've just reached for it, but she instead walked it to us! She was so kind and patient with my order! I definitely will come back again and take advantage of the 50% off!
My friends and I come here constantly after having a rough day. We enjoy the environment along with the vibe that all the staff give off. Their food is also very good. We recommend the strawberry shaved ice with strawberry popping boba as a topping.

The desserts here are quite tasty and the customer service is excellent. I like the fact that they are unique from the other places in that they have a sushi option on certain days (Friday - Sunday evenings I believe).

I stopped going when it changes to different owner because me and my bf usually went there to study. But I decided to come in one time last week. The dessert was actually good, I tried the crepe and it tastes good as it was before with B909. In addition, the owner was realy nice and polite to us. So I think I will start going there to study again.

I usually order the lucky star, which used to my favorite. Tonight, I found they had a new menu. It looks warm and friendly. I also found out they serve a new drink: blue bubbly! They also provide different kinds of color and delicious desserts. I love this place. Furthermore, it close late till midnight.
