Came in on 8/2/25 at 10:50 am. No one at counter. Too long of a wait with me being the only one in line. A girl was going to help me until a guy worker called her off. He instead helped at the drive-through and left me waiting. Terrible service. Ended walking out and going to Jack-in-the Box across the street. I was in and out in a matter of a few minutes.

After a long wait for one salmach, although there are no people at all in the establishment, that is, it is not busy. I got mine refilled which was disgusting lots of mayo. And there is really no taste McDonald's Tastier than you. You worked so hard on the sandwich, I wouldn't even give you one star, but Google won't let me!

I been on this restaurant one time, ask for a drink at the afternoon. So far the person on from was very friendly, politely and professional. Their service during the day are great, the food was good and fresh, flavor was cool I been on restaurant management since 2002 been chef since 2010 and I can recommend this restaurant because the food are clean, well cook and customer services are great. Bacon egg cheese boritto has really bad (hard n soggy ) wanna be bacon. Tasteless! Drive through is a race maze, bad 4 trucks.
They do not allow you to purchase chicken nuggets unless you also purchase fries and a soda within a combo.
Their app offers 50% off pricing for sides/drinks/milkshakes until 2am; but the promotional code only reduces the price by 25%. Prime example of deceptive marketing.
The price of products within the cart changed at checkout, even though the cart displays Subtotal + discount + taxes for your total price. The change was the discount decreasing in value even further.
Stay away if you value what your money is worth.

The Hangover Burger is pretty good, especially considering it is fast food.

Beggars can't be choosers, if you order a free Hangover Burger, they will not make it to order the way you ask for it. So if you allergic to something or don't like something then too bad!!!
So you can choose not to eat your free burger, throw up because you don't like it, get sick or in pain because you're allergic to it, or if a serious allergy just simply die. Carl's Jr. doesn't care in any case.
