I been to many Carl’s jrs In the south bay and this one had exceptional customer service. The employees here were polite and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Great attitude! The food was good as I expected. No complaints here.

I went through the drive thru, and no one answered. Went inside and ordered through the app because no one at the counter. The food was good but a little expensive, $12 for a medium-sized steak and egg burrito meal, which included a medium drink and tator tots potatoes.

Baltazar Martínez excellent service!! This is not the first time I get food from here. Let me tell you, every time I go and Baltazar is in there, he makes sure my food is hot and my order is right. He’s very respectful and efficient. I don’t like to go when he’s not there because other people don’t care about the service like Baltazar.
