I encountered the assistant manager and she was not pleasant at all. She’s pleasant to her regulars but if one thing doesn’t go her way, she’s quick to express it by her actions and tone of voice. She definitely needs some training with customers.

Mold on my burger told cashier got the lady in the back to make a new one i wasn’t even hungry anymore..but the burger looked better but i will not be returning to this location man…check the buns for MOLD!!

The food here never fails and the staff is surprisingly awesome. I don’t know if big brother is monitoring their every customer interaction or they’re just really cool people, but it doesn’t appear to matter what shift I come by to grab grub, the staff is always really friendly. My major gripe is they always close the lobby early, by at least half an hour. So if you want to go in to eat, get there at least an hour before they’re supposed to close the lobby, which IIRC...
