Ordered this at 12pm on January 4th, 2024. There was two nice young ladies who were working from what I could see. It appears that a hair had made it into my PHILLY CHEESESTEAK. I took the hair out and ate the rest of the sandwich no problem (it was in fact quite delectable). I just ask next time for the employees please consider hair nets in the neat future. 6.5/10 flavor all together.(hair circled in picture as you can see I am in fact a man)

There was an old Caucasian man taking and giving out the orders. He was really rude and giving out the orders really late. One of the guys from the kitchen gave me an extra ranch as the one I paid for the lid wasn't working. Right away, the old man started charging me for the 2 ranch they gave, saying it in a really rude mode. 66 cents for a super small portion of ranch. I ordered only 1 sandwich & 3 cheesticks, and it took them over 30 minutes to get my order ready. He caucasian guy gave a really bad service! Don't recommend it!!

The poor Guy at 6pm is working by himself. I don't know if someone called out or not but more people need to be scheduled. I saw at least 4 people go up for refunds while waiting. This caused the rest of the orders to be delayed even more. Been waiting over 30 minutes so far and the person who ordered in front of me has not received their food yet either.

It would be nice to have a notes section to provide additional requests. #suggestion - when using credit from the app, that counts as using a deal which I think should not be the case. Because of this, we weren't able to use an actual deal since you cannot combine anything else with the credit and then the app doesn't let you access any deals for some time after using the credit.

The mall is open till 8p.m. on Sunday but I came here at 6:45p.m. and the worker said they're closed. I'm confused as to why you would turn customers away an hour and 15 minutes before closing?

My order was short one fry and I didn't get my ultimate fry ! When i asked them about my order they told me " I don't know what your talking about" the tall man in the middle said ! ? I was refused to get what I ordered ! Bad customer service..... I'll never go back !!!

We got the Philly cheesesteak, large. It felt like something was missing on the sandwich. There were barely any green peppers and mushroom. There was an ok amount of meat, but cheese was lacking. Other locations like great mall is better.

My visit didn't go well ! I was short one LG fry and I didn't get my ultimate fry! When I asked about my order the tall man in the middle said " I don't know what your talking about" ! I was refused to correct my order....... didn't want to help me ! Bad customer service...... I'll never go back
