THIS PLACE HAS CHANGED DRASTICALLY!!! I am a handicapped person who frequented this location. I hadn't been there in quite a while, so I thought I would stop in and grab a sandwich today. When I first stepped up to place my order, I ran off what used to be my usual 15-inch sandwich. I was promptly cut off and told that there was no such thing, and was given the new names of the sizes of the sandwiches. Then I asked to use the restroom, and was directed to the supermarket further down in the shopping plaza. The law requires a public business, especially one with a dine-in area, to allow the handicap to use the restroom. I did not tell her that, or push the issue. So I just walked down to the supermarket. I can tell you that this will be my last time at this location!

This was my first time here and I really enjoyed the food. I ordered the Classic Cheese Steak with everything on it. I also ordered the steak fries and fountain drink. The fountain drink is only one size.
The service was fast and convenient I love coming on Tuesdays for double points since I am part of the rewards program. Both Phillies were as ordered and tater tots were extra crispy. One of my favorite go-to Philly cheesesteaks shops because they have those sweet peppers that most Philly sandwich shops don't!!

Food is bland. Took a bite, and it tasted like meat with no season. I've eaten real cheesesteak sandwiches in Philly. Their meat is seasoned to perfection. At this place, the sandwich is just a poser. Also, I noticed the same old fly inside the joint buzzing my food. I'm done w this place.

They charged me for my order and then denied me my food said they were having an Internet issue and i would receive a refund in 2 business days. It's now been 7 days and I used my last money to buy my kids a meal 😭. I want my 65.00 back !!!
