The ambiance did feel average due to the partially broken soda dispenser and the place feeling half-empty, but the service is terrific as they get it done in a few minutes; it doesn't take too long to get your sandwich, and they don't overdo the toppings. However, the half size wasn't as expected, but I approved of the delicious meat and cheese, topped with extra peppers.

Kid-friendliness: There are several drinks kids can consume, such as apple juice.
My husband and I come to this shop about 4 times a month. Today will be our last. For the last few visits the fries are always over cooked and our bread for the sandwiches are always hard.. The same mexican girl with big hooped earnings is the one who is making g the food and the fries.She needs to pay attention to what she is making. This place is starting to become just like Amatos, on Almaden expressway. Nasty.

I haven't been to a Cheese Steak Shop location since I lived in Walnut Creek in the 90's as I live in the Central Valley now. SJ shop reminded me how great their food is....Gilroy Cheesesteak was fantastic!!

Well, mixed results at this location. Sandwich was great though expected more meat. The fries were grossly soggy and over-seasoned. The interior needs to be thoroughly cleaned at least but really needs a total makeover. Get the feel this location is not long for this world.

I have came to this place 2x in a row they are not opening on time at 11am like the advertisement says. The 2nd time someone was inside and just ignored people. I went next door to by a burrito instead. At least this place is open and available.
Visiting the area and stopped by for lunch. The subs didn't have much meat.When I looked in my bag, I noticed I was missing an order of fries so I asked the man at the counter about the missing fries and he made me pay for another order.?!Overall, just okay.
