Terrible service! I ordered a pizza at 5:00 and didn't have it delivered until 7:00. I called the customer service number on my email and it just kept ringing with no answer. I rejected the old and cold pizza and filled out an online survey and one of their managers Patty called me back. She gave me the same non-working phone number and kept saying it wasn't their fault, it was Door Dash. Stopped by to grab a quick pizza. The service was on point from Carlos manning the front register. He was super nice to all customers and went above his duties to make sure they got what they needed. People with good customer service skills are hard to find. This guy definitely has that! If you don't want to wait, order a head to pick up.

If burnt cheese pizza is your thing (or price is the only factor)... by all means get on the fastest horse you can find and gallop at full speed to this place. Actually, it isn't just this Little Caesar's location -- most of them have burnt cheese pizza. None of the pizzas look like the beautiful pictures that show what a real pizza should look like.
