3.5 stars rounded up to 4 stars. Ordered the Christmas Combo via Weee. The food was tasty in general but it was WAY too salty. Beef Ribs and the Crab Roe "Lion's Head"(meatballs) were particularly good. The sea cucumbers in the Stewed Sea Cucumber with Scallions weren't the best quality and had a funny alkaline taste. Lovely cost-effective Chinese restaurant. It used to call Chef US then renamed as Teshan Beef. The environment is clean. The staff here are friendly. Menu has lots of options. Food varies from North part of China to South part of China. We came here spontaneously for a late night snack, and I thought it was wonderful! The food made me feel I was back in China (so delicious), and the prices were so cheap! I was shocked at the prices in a good way. The place is mostly clean and has ample tables. Great vibe. The place is self service, so you grab utensils and water on your own. The best Chinese food is authentic.
