Great customer service, all employees were friendly. The key lime 🍋🟩 frosted lemonade 🍋 is pure insanity!! I could buy it by the gallon!! 🤤 Good job 👏👍 always a pleasure
Husband and I walked in around 11am and welcomed by what felt like the entire staff. Kim took our order and repeated it back to us politely. We sat down and almost instantaneously got our food delivered to us. We ate our meal with a chill and relaxing vibe. Food at Chik-Fil-A is almost always good, but the service is what separates them from the rest. This was the best experience we've had at a fast food restaurant.
Had an issue with using the gift cards. The manager Chico came out and helped with figuring it out and fixing it. Added a brownie to my order as a compensation for the delay. Excellent customer service.
