This is my favorite hot chicken sandwich in the South Bay I’ve had so far. I usually go for a level 2 or 3 at most because I still want to taste the sandwich after two bites and that’s because there’s so much good stuff going on. The chicken is super juicy and flavorful and the breading is crispy. That’s what won me over, most places just don’t get the chicken right but Chick N’ Bros has it figured out. On top of that they use a delicious soft brioche bun, briny pickles...

This is my second time getting chicken bros and I got the Nashville tenders both times. First time, I got level 2 heat and it was fine. This time, I ordered level 1 heat and my mouth is on fire. Maybe they mixed up 1 and 5 by mistake, or maybe they didn’t like my $1 tip and wanted to watch me sweat. Either way, I’m not taking a chance on this food truck again. The chicken is nugget patties anyway. The kind where you can’t tell where the breading ends and the meat begins....
