I arrived to the restaurant, and there was 5-6 people waiting, it’s took almost 20 minutes to get a service. There was 2 staff members, one make the orders and the second was a cashier. The girl who makes the order was really fast and nice.The cashier guy was really slow, I was waiting for 4 minutes or more to pay for my food. He went to the kitchen and then to wash his hands and everything in very slow motion.Most of the customers were waiting for him and not for the food.

Literally a dead center with excessive delays. Careless customer service. Probably they can't handle little rush at the store. Waited for 30 minutes to order with 3 people ahead of me. It's better off skipping this specific center and heading to a different one. Not a single time but, multiple visits to this place changes nothing!!!

Easily the worst Chipotle experience ever. There is one dude SLOWLY helping 10 people. Other staffs are chit chatting inside. After waiting for 30 mins, we express our concern. One of the staff gives a stern reply .We are short staffed. First of all it is a lie because I see 3 people outside, second it is not customers problem that you are short staffed. This is Chipotle’s failure of planning

After waiting over half an hour they only managed to serve 3 people and when I finally made it to the front of the line the only food server went on break leaving just the cashier... And every time I come in they are always out of 1 or more items... Never again will I go into the Cottle location!
I absolutely love this one guy who (at least when I go) always works on Sundays. It seems that he is the only one who actually takes his job seriously. Although he is alone, he actually does his job with no complaints. One time, I was waiting for the chicken to be done cooking which was only about a 5 min wait. Because I was actually patient he gave me a free apple juice. I hope he gets a raise!!
Service is forever slow. Today we timed service and to get through 9 people and 2 online orders it took 32 minutes. All orders were individual and very simple. They were also out of veggies for the rest of the evening (went at 9:29p on a Saturday). It took so long an EMT even got called out and gave up his spot so really it was 8 people and 2 online orders in 32 minutes. The team was super slow and it was 1 person working the line and register with an occasional team member that would come in from the back. When he would come out at one point he was even scraping guac slowly with a spoon to put it in another canister?.I feel bad saying this because the service industry is exhausting and can be tough but there was literally nooooo sense of not just urgency but motivation almost to even work. This has been consistent the 4 times I’ve been here. One time one of the employees was shouting swear words to team members while serving the long line and cracking jokes. Really wish this was managed better

Update: Just updating a year later that this is still the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and the original review still holds true.Honestly might be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter what time of the day or what day you come on, they WILL be out of something. Meats, fajitas, tortillas, chips, etc have all been out multiple times that I’ve been here. If there was a closer chipotle I’d never come here.
