I’ve been here a handful of times and have only had one good experience. The service here is bad. Last time I came there was someone interviewing, another sweeping the floors and then someone refilling one of the trays. I was the only one waiting there and completely understand they needed to finish what they were doing but no one acknowledged me at all. I got a small serving somehow at this location. Disappointing.
This place is pretty terrible. Came in around 830pm. The line was long and they were going so slow. The area where they keep all the toppings looked a mess. Everything looked old and not appetizing. I tried the Pollo asado burrito from the scraps they had left in the bin and it was all pretty bland. Very disappointing.
