I visit this location mostly because it is closest to my home and job. I won’t be visiting any longer.
Too many times I’ve been waiting in line and there’s only one crew member serving food while also ringing up, making the wait time way longer than necessary. Just earlier today, a Sunday evening 6pm, picking up dinner for the family and the same thing is happening. The manager even poked their head out, saw the line, and didn’t help out. Worst place on earth
I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit to this location.
As a regular customer, I have certain expectations regarding cleanliness, service efficiency, and food quality, none of which were met during this visit.
