This is one of the best chipotle restaurants I’ve ever been, staff and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. They also deliver with DoorDash.

This chipotle is consistently the worst location. The food is fine, but it seems very poorly managed. Order online or order in person…both are typically a bad experience. I usually order pickup to make the process easier, but they don’t place pickup orders in the designated area so you have to push your way up to the front just to findout your order wasn’t even started. This happens every time, and there’s never a sense of urgency. Took 45 minutes since the time I ordered online until my order was ready today. Most visits you can find the manager just hanging out talking, not actually helping the employees.

So this location is close to the office I work out of and it's hit or miss. I always joke that this is the training ground for employees as this location frequently runs out of food during the lunch hour rush. I ordered a chicken bowl with no rice but veggies, lettuce, corn, and pico. Overall it's a good place for a quick lunch but service is pretty bad. There is also no parking given it is on market and Santa Clara.

My husband and I went today and the girl that helped us just threw everything on our bowl like girl why you so mad. I honestly didn't even want to pay for our bowls just cause the way she was from when we walked in. Our bowls look so messy wish they looked like some of these bowls pictures I ain't going back no thanks maybe the morning shift will be better who knows

Out of vegetables at 5:50. Staff said the morning crew does the veggies and they won't have them for the remainder of the night. So I guess they're just ok with not having veggies for 4 hours.

This chipotle is doing something right. I ordered a bowl in person, and one online, to compare. The online bowl was def smaller, but it was still a decent portion (even though the meat was under portioned). The employees seemed to not hate their lives, maybe because it was Halloween, but good job! The cooks were vibed out. The only real complaint is how salty the chips and carne were :(

Ordered on door dash. The little carnitas they gave me was all fat and they did t put the peppers ans onions that I asked for. Also the chips were so stale. Will definitely not be using this chipotle anymore.
