Very little quantity in bowls; they don’t take the order carefully and end up charging for extras that they don’t give. And horrible customer service, practically nonexistent.

Miscommunication between the staff made us pay more for something we got. The cashier didnt even refund us fully when we brought it up, and we ended up paying for nothing when we returned our order.

My husband and I went to have lunch at chipotle last week. Kyle is the manager. He was training someone on the cash register.
I've been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and Kyle is phenomenal. Genuine, kind, professional, I told all of his staff they were lucky to have him as a manager.
He can multitask while smiling and just made my day. If a restaurant has good food, but not good service it can make or break your meal
Big shout out to Kyle, thank you doesn't seem like enough, but in this day and age good customer service is hard to come by, I really appreciated you!

When the employees at this place admit they gove tiny portions, you know something is wrong with the company management. Food is bow mediocre at best, super salty, ti y portions; not just the meats, everything. Inside looks dirty, food on the floor, a few people streak in. Very disappointing. It's a shadow of what chipotle was years back. Just goto a normal mexican resturant and order food, you get what you pay for and it, looks, taste, and feel better.

The staffs live in a different time zone. Order for pickup at 10:30 but was waiting in store for 40 mins to get the food.

Grabbed a quick take out for the sudden hunger. Staff was quick and they were kind enough to neatly create my sofrita veggie bowl.
It’s Chipotle - and taste was as expected. Everything seemed fresh
