Food is amazing! I loved it. The noodles were best! Must try Indo chineese food

The Everest Momo is a food truck known for delicious momos. The chicken momos are good, juicy, and well balanced, with an amazing filling that is not too doughy. Customers recommend both the steamed and pan-fried chicken dumplings, which come hot and crispy with two different dipping sauces. The chili chicken with rice offers a decent portion with a slight kick and a large side of basmati rice. The price is great given the amount of food. The chicken chow mein is sometimes below average, with less chicken, stuck noodles, and lacking seasoning, so many suggest skipping it for the momos. The Chai tea is very good but a bit expensive. The Nepali staff is kind and nice, and conversations about Nepal and San Jose are a highlight. There are multiple locations, so double-check the one on Winchester in San Jose is open. The service is fantastic, and the food truck is a great choice for a casual meal or late night snack.
