This is the ONLY location that has lines through the outside. Lines move slowly. It is either staff who works super slow or simply the location. But either way it is unacceptable to stand in line for 20 min at a fast service food chain like Chipotle!!!!Also, they are always out of some protein options. You have to wait for them to cook more.Whoever owns this particular franchise location - really, step up your game. When you go to chipotle for quick food, the last think you expect is to stand in line for 20 min! Geez ?

Store rarely opens on time.50% of the time my order is wrong, and not just forgetting an item, i'm talking about a completely wrong order.Pick-up times are never accurate.Team members are friendly enough, just need to learn how to inform customers they'll be with them in a minute, rather than make eye contact and then awkwardly walk away not saying anything and then just stand there clueless.Very strange store, been coming here for years so its not a one-off instance.

Disappointed again. You always get screwed in the online orders. Ordered a veggie bowl with extra black beans, light on the rice, extra corn salsa. What I got was a more rice than beans, and sprinkle of corn and beans. I swear they only see veggie bowl. They sure didn't deserve the pre-tip. I am never pre tipping again. all businesses should setup a tip after the order is received.

I've never left a review anywhere like this. The kid that took my order just now literally just looked at me...didnt say hi, no greeting, did not speak at all....didnt ask me what I wanted. I told him id like a chicken burrito, black beans, brown rice. He wrapped it so bad i just got home took 1 bite and the entire burrito fell out of the bottom and there is absolutely no chicken in it! The cashier said he was new. Awfull. Waste of $ and the counters are ALWAYS pretty gross.

Came around 11 am little after they opened.. Food did not seem fresh. Seemed like just warmed up from day before. Chips were stale. All the lemonade were empty. Doesn't seem they were ready to be open for the day.

This and mostly all chipotle locations look unkempt. This particular time I notice the black beans broth seemed to have a slight foam. Got stomach pain and other unpleasant symptoms after eating the food, suspecting something wrong with those beans.
They always out off some meat like chicken and stakes and you have to wait for long time for it, exactly for launch

Updated review: the service and food quality have declined significantly these past years. Today, Friday night they had no chicken and steak so I just left without getting any food. The kids preparing the food in the back were having a discussion about how to make the white rice. They have a bunch of young kids handling this business and they have no idea what to do, I don’t blame them, I blame whoever owns and manages this location.

The service has fallen year after year I remember when before restaurants where you went to Chipotle were excellent and fresh and the staff was excellent now that is on the floor I think it is no longer a pleasure to go shopping because to start with a lot of waiting and to finish poor quality without adding the attitude of the employees of total indifference, they have no passion for what they do
