Disappointed again. You always get screwed in the online orders. Ordered a veggie bowl with extra black beans, light on the rice, extra corn salsa. What I got was a more rice than beans, and sprinkle of corn and beans. I swear they only see veggie bowl. They sure didn't deserve the pre-tip. I am never pre tipping again. all businesses should setup a tip after the order is received.
I've never left a review anywhere like this. The kid that took my order just now literally just looked at me...didnt say hi, no greeting, did not speak at all....didnt ask me what I wanted. I told him id like a chicken burrito, black beans, brown rice. He wrapped it so bad i just got home took 1 bite and the entire burrito fell out of the bottom and there is absolutely no chicken in it! The cashier said he was new. Awfull. Waste of $ and the counters are ALWAYS pretty gross.

Store rarely opens on time.50% of the time my order is wrong, and not just forgetting an item, i'm talking about a completely wrong order.Pick-up times are never accurate.Team members are friendly enough, just need to learn how to inform customers they'll be with them in a minute, rather than make eye contact and then awkwardly walk away not saying anything and then just stand there clueless.Very strange store, been coming here for years so its not a one-off instance.
