My favorite drive through Asian Cafe. Sad they took out soy milk though.

They got back soy milk.

GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY BEING MISSED!!!
You could be making so much more money, having thousands more customers if you improve and redesign your restaurants, especially the drive-through! Observe In-n-Out, McDonald's and learn from them. In-n-Out has extremely long lines every single day. Aim to be like them
with Asian food! Even if you peel away just10% of the customers in line there, your business would flourish. Personally, I know I would visit your shop more often if things would improve. Right now, it's about twice a yeareven though I live 5 minutes away.

Those popular place focus on providing a very pleasant meal experience! It's the experience that counts, not just the food. At minimum the drive through should not look rundown, impovished, uninviting like now.

You should brainstorm vigorously to come up with a new set up. Right now, you are literally throwing a fortune away with your poorly-designed, low-class drive-through experience. Recommend that you go to Orange County Vietnamese area to learn better cooking techniques and better menu selections. Learn from Brodard, Banh mi che Cali, Yummy, Van restaurant in OC. Food can be simple but still delicious. Right now your menu selections are poorly -chosen, not mainstream, not worth remembering.

Ask successful people for advice and take survey from your customers for their feedback. Note that although Panda Express is privately-owned with 2,000 locations and they still ask for customer surveys with every customer.

Your restaurants have so much upward potential that is being thrown in the garbage at this minute.

Came here after my son’s basketball practice as he’s been asking me for a banh mi sandwich for weeks. Drive through was excellent and they made him a beef banh mi that wasn’t on the menu. So accommodating. He ate it on the ride home and I thought he was going to cry when he finished it haha

I’d add a photo but it’s gone. He’s group texting all of his friends to go try the same sandwich! 😆❤️

Thanks for making his day! We will be back!

Drove past here a thousand times and now tried it for the first time. Pretty big standalone building on the corner of Capitol and Aborn. Unique for a coffee shop which you normally find as a unit store in a strip mall.

They have a huge menu! More than a coffee shop. Viet sandos, apps, plates… I had the coconut coffee, bbq pork banh mi, egg roll with salad, and an iced coffee.

Coffees are pretty strong! So if ya like that then you’ll dig it.

Egg rolls were really good. Lots of meat. Came out piping hot so I know it’s made fresh right then. The banh mi sandwich was good except I don’t like mayo and they added some type of mayo on it. If I would’ve known, I would’ve asked to keep it off.

Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Decorated pretty nice for an older place. Outside is under all shade. And they have a couple TVs showing sports. Lots of old timers sitting around with a cup of coffee and chatting. I like the vibe.

They also have a drive-through. So it’s super convenient all around. Very cool for a coffee, please. You may not find all the fancy coffee drinks at other coffee joints, though. Definitely coming back!

Great food, drinks and customer service. Their vietnamese banh mi is better than most of the banh mi locations in San Jose

Great place. Great coffee. Great people. It's like a giant house / lounge with tvs. News and sports. Viet coffee mocha punch ,house coffee, and razz smoothie are all excellent. Great place for leisure and business. Free wifi

The iced Vietnamese egg coffee here was incredible. SO THICK. Tons of sugar, but it was amazing.
Came here coincidentally after a blood draw at Quest, and the egg coffee will haunt my dreams until I'm able to swing by this location again!
