After eating at the food court, my family had appetite for dessert, so we finally tried the newly installed Cold Stone Creamery at the mall. It was around Sunday afternoon at 4 pm, with no line and immediate service. We got my sister's choice of a small Oreo overload in a waffle bowl. Not much of a wait so fast service. I loved the crunch of the waffle cone but it wasn't freshly made but the associate pulled it from their shelf. The Oreo overload was a bit too sweet for liking but it made my sister happy.

It's coldstone you know what to expect when you come and I love it every time same order for years but I like to switch between cup and cone to keep it spicy love being able to have some coldstone while at the mall

Doordashed some coffee lovers only and seriously got more than i paid for. Whoever made this deserves a weekend off with pay. You seriously gained another customer. This is the best ive had in years. Bless you.

This store is not manage very well, we waited about 17 minutes with only one person in front of us. Apparently there was a new trainee who did not speak English and who did not know anything and yet the managers and trainers were nowhere to be found. She is out there, making our ice cream on her own, trying to winged while asking questions. I counted five other employees yet they were not assisting some were even in the office doing other duties I assume. The line became extremely long as my ice -cream was melting quickly while waiting for my wife's order to be completed. Her order was wrong due to the attendant not asking what size, but they did fix it! I would not come here if I were you.

A mall Cold Stone is not going to be any different from a regularly outside brick and mortar cold stone. You all know what to expect, which is the same menu, same options, same ice cream flavor, same everything. But why is it so sweet? Service here, on our visit, it was fine. No problems! A bunch of high school kids trying to make a buck during the summer. Cold stone is just to fulfill a certain craving, and it did it's job.

2023 today. We often visited Cold Stone years ago. It is NOTHING like it used to be. Ice cream itself is definitely not the same. We thought it would be a treat to go after years of not going, but we will never go again.
Those kids are working thier butts off in there. It's been really hot and the line was long, but they're doing a great job. Plus great ice-cream! Glad there back at Oakridge Mall.
