I don't know if this is poor management issue or deliberate attempt to manage it this way but there is no other Costco in the Bay Area that consistently always have a wait line of at least 40 min long to return merchandise. No matter a what time of the day and what day of the week, it's always long and yet after so many years , it has not changed. Have to say my local Costco isn't as well run then all other Costcos I've been to elsewhere. First saw the person tending the entrance let two separate people in without seeing their membership cards. Second, saw some frustrated worker stacking things forcefully and there were hazardous uncleaned wet area by the meat section too. Hope they fix these concerns soon!!!
