The worst wheel cake I've ever eatenWheel cakes should have a crispy surface, thin skin and plenty of fillings. The classic flavors are creamy red bean and taro. This restaurant has many special flavors, but the flavor is very strong and the skin is thick and soft.I ordered six and waited for 30 minutes before the shop owner called to confirm (I didn’t have any special request)This is a ghost kitchen (you can’t see the actual store). There are a bunch of lockers for you to pick up your food. If you have any questions, you can’t ask anyone.

I got these as a part of a TGTG order and I was not disappointed. This was my first time getting a wheel pie, let alone one that was custard and cranberry filled, but I will definitely be coming back!! It was filled to the brim and not too sweet. The summer green tea also wouldn't be on my list of things that I would choose for myself, but it was very refreshing and I'm glad I got to try it. The drink itself tastes like coconut, but also kind of minty, and the jelly it came with added a nice sweetness. The earl grey milk tea in the pouch was so stinking cute. I saved it for the next day and loved it. I will say though, pick up is a little difficult as this store operates out of a ghost kitchen, and there are a lotttt of people in there waiting to pick up Doordash/Uber eats orders.

My friend recommended this store to have very delicious wheel pie! After eating them ,I found that their ingredients were very solid, all natural, and I tried jasmine green tea, it was super delicious and worth visiting again!

I had high expectations of this place because of the four star review, but the location gave me a shock. On the outside, it says Uber Eat pickup, which means it's a central kitchen hub. Inside there are quite a few of presumably Uber Eat pickup drivers waiting for their orders. There are two order kiosks and a bunch of lockers for food pickup. So it's confusing to figure out how to order or pickup. Also because of the industrial feel of the business, the parking lot is full and hard to find parking. I don't think there's much space to sit and enjoy anything, this is pretty much a grab and go place. There's even a note on the window limiting people's inside time for 5 minutes. I got a Cool Summer Milk Tea which I could taste the coconut but no tea flavors, it's a bit too sweet and artificial for me. The boba is normal but can't compare to the freshly making ones. The lemon custard wheel pie is ok, good thick amount of lemon custard. I can see how this place is hard to compete with the saturated boba cafes in the Bay Area. The menu is interesting but the flavor isn't up to it.

If I could give this place a zero or negative star...that would be my rating. I haven't tried a milk tea drink this bad and disgusting!!!! Watery, no flavor and just bad! The bread was ehhhh. It doesn't seem to be cooked. I can still taste the flourish. Not recommended!!!!!

With crispy skin, plump filling and rich taste, it is a very authentic Taiwanese pancake.

It is expensive and it tastes kind of gross. The crust is decent but the custard filling was really disgusting. Also this is in the middle of nowhere and annoying to get to.

Ordered their tuna wheel pie and it was delicious, super easy process to pick up and there is workers in the front desk if you have any questions/concerns. Cotton cafe is a small business owner, she is such a sweet lady. Highly recommend ordering through her website so you're supporting her directly

I didn't know what a wheel cake was until my coworker treated us for happy hour. What a fun and yummy concept! I like that you can get variety for a meal since wheel cakes come in so many different flavors. I split a few wheel cakes with the team to try as many as I could - all really good, no skips. We kept the box lid open while we drove back to the office so the outer crust was crunchy while the insides stayed like hot pancakes. I liked cinnamon Swiss cheese the best since it reminded me of this delicious treat I tried in London during the Christmas holidays. It was cheese wrapped in pastry dough with a delicious cinnamon-heavy streusel. I haven't found anything like it in the US so this is the closest I'll come to revisiting that flavor! This small business also sells tea and coffee drinks. I asked for a milk tea with oat milk but forgot to ask which specific one it was before I finished it. Either way, it was good and I'd make the trip out for takeout again. Also super cute chubby bunny mascot on their logo!

Visited Cotton Cafe on a Monday afternoon and was pleased with my experience. The wheel pies are snack sized, only 3 inches in diameter, so if you want a full meal, I recommend ordering more than one. They taste like soft, fluffy mini pancakes stuffed with sweet and savory fillings. Got the cheese egg and black pepper tuna pies. The tuna mix was so flavorful and strong in its peppery taste, and the cheese egg pie was the ideal breakfast sandwich, especially since I'm a fan of pancakes and eggs, so to eat them together like a sandwich was super satisfying. The cheese was unnoticeable in both pies, but also unnecessary IMO. My food took about 10 minutes after ordering online, with a few minutes wait at the Ruff ghost kitchen when picking up. Human interaction was minimal and is sometimes not even necessary since they have self order kiosks and lockers that provide access to orders that are ready. They also have a bit of indoor and outdoor seating, restrooms, and a small parking lot.

Part of Ruff Food pick-up offerings. Would not recommend the chocolate wheel pie; fairly small and doesn't satisfy any chocolate craving. Not worth the trip or $5. Ghost kitchens inherently mean limited service/experience. You miss seeing and smelling the wheel pie being made. Better overall experience getting taiyaki at Somi Somi.

Maybe should consider closing on Monday instead of Sunday

The taste is exactly the same as the one in Taiwan. I admire the craftsmanship of the Taiwanese chef.

The double chocolate wheel pie was lacking flavor and was incredibly simple. I think that something must've gone wrong with the peanut butter one because it had a mild taste of some thing like rancid milk. The chocolate tasted like some pudding thrown inside of these two little pastry cakes. The Oreo one was good, but I ordered onsite, waited for 30 minutes and then it almost another 20 minutes late. I'm never coming back here.
