Picked up a torched crème brûlée milk tea and it was good though on the sweet side but I understand that this sweetness is actually required for the taste… would love to taste other items as they have a plenty of other stuff
The assam black milk tea with 25 or 50 sweet is really delicious 🌝
They were busy but the staff were friendly. The boba was cooked just right. The lavender jasmine milk tea was good!
This boba tea place offers many varieties that you can't get in other bubble tea places! And the decor is unique. Awesome stuff!
Very nice and clean place with delicious beverages!
I got the Mango Cheese tea, which was absolutely amazing. My partner ordered the crème brûlée tea, which was also incredible. highly recommend. a hidden gem. 👌🏻
A hidden gem! The tea flavor is really strong and present which I appreciate ~ it’s not just milk and sugar.
I love the ambiance !! Good drinks and I think the bathroom is very clean!
I got the torched brown sugar boba tea and the drink was subpar compared to other drinks I’ve had before at other boba spots. My friend also got the royal collection milk tea and it had some flavor but was also subpar. Wish I could say better things, but the drinks were truly not even worth 5 dollars let alone 7. Never coming here again.

Quick and easy location, seemingly busy despite few sit-ins. Not quite cozy, however.
Their slushies are delicious.

Cozy Tea Loft is a cute tea shop in West San Jose with a lot to offer. As a chocoholic, I'm especially pleased with the variety of cocoa drinks and with the fact that black (chocolate) cloud foam is an option. The crème brûlée in the Torched Series is also good. As far as toppings, I've only tried the Black Boba, and it was nice & chewy. A side note: as someone with a sweeter tooth, I found 80% to be optimal, so you might want to order a bit less than your usual for starting out.
As far as the interior, it is nicely decorated with some fun touches (how many tea shops have a claw machine?) But I think it could be made "cozier." I don't have issues or complaints with the service.
Overall, I hope to return to try many more of their delicious drinks.

The place was really cute ambiance wise, but the drinks were water downed and had a very mild flavor. We got the chocolate crème brûle and the matcha crème brûle. Would not recommend
