I had the pleasure of visiting this ice cream shop recently and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. The variety of flavors was impressive, each one seeming more tempting than the last. I finally settled for their signature as the employee gave me a sample of a scoop of their signature flavor and it was absolutely delightfulBut what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional customer service. A young employee went above and beyond to ensure my experience Their enthusiasm was infectious, and recommendations were spot on.Overall 10/10!I recommend UBE and Biscoff

Cup n Cone is a better replacement for Scoopzilla (which I liked and was pretty disappointed when it closed) They have interesting flavors, including Indian dessert inspired ones. The ice cream is creamy and none of the flavors are too overwhelming. Scoopzilla used to have random chunks of freezer burn but I didn't find in any of the scoops I tried here. The flight is nice and I like how the different flavors are separated from one another. The scoops are noticeably small. There are two things I think they can improve on: 1. Sanitation, the ice cream scoop got rinsed twice, but he scooped 4 different ice creams. Also, the scoop wash area looked like a tiny bowl of water, without a fresh replacement water source. 2. Identifying the flavors they have available. The ones on the TV are out of date so they didn't have half the flavors that made us want to try the shop in the first place. We asked for 4-6 flavors that they didn't have in stock. Then half the ice cream buckets weren't labeled, and half of the ones that were labeled were faded out and illegible.

There’s two things i love in life. Great ice cream and cute guys. This place has both of those. There is a lot of variety in flavors and butterscotch is my personal favorite here. The lines can get long but its worth the wait. Must try!??

Very nice service. Amazing ice cream! And a few unique flavors like honey guava, honey blueberry lavender, saffron rasmalai and salted cheese. Will definitely be back! Not only did we get scoops but we got pints to go.

Simple ice cream shop in this pretty drab in general food court at Westgate Mall. Replaced Scoopzilla. They had 12 flavors, that were pretty basic- I liked the cookies in cream (though I could've used more cookies), as well as the ube.
