They only give you about 3-4 oz of meat. There was no flavor, highly wouldn't recommend.

I gave this spot a try for lunch. They got my order wrong but it was ok since it was an item I like eating so it wasn’t a big deal. The food was ok not the best or even great. The inside looks pretty old and run down. Homeless people in the parking lot and general area. Parking lot looks super sketchy.

Banh xeo was oily but crispy, it may had been deep-fried longer. Hu tieu seafood combo was average - my son chose since he wanted soup. The deer selections was really good. Ox tail curry also excellent. I didn't give 5 stars since quite few favorite dishes were sold out even it was 5pm on Saturday and place was less than half full

Great place for traditional Vietnamese food, they serve beer. Their pineapple anchovie sauce is always fresh.my favorite place for Banh xeo.
