Last time going to this terrible location. I picked up the pizza in the store, and it was lukewarm at best. Multiple times we've ordered and specified the garlic parmesan crust, but it's never added even though the online site makes it the default. I had to request it after checking and seeing it was left off. The customer service is absolutely non-existent, and they really don't care about you having a good experience. Definitely go to Little Caesar's on Monterey instead.

I gave dominos a chance it’s their new promotion and ordered online 1 simple pizza. Only said 20 minutes most, in store told me 45 minutes, an hour and half later I’m still waiting for my pizza

There was only one person working in the store, who looked very angry and fed up with everything. Very hostile atmosphere and the pizza came out terrible. Definitely would not come here again and would like a my money back.😡

Completely wrong order. I ordered a pizza with tomato sauces with left with pepperoni, beef, right with ham and bacon, whole with Italian sausage, tomatoes dice, mushroom, pineapple. No tomato sauces/pepperoni/ tomato dices at all! Only noted it when got home. Very disappointing to get something completely different from what I ordered.
My whole family loves Dominos, but this store at Seven Trees consistently has the worst customer service experience (my expectations are not high). The App always says pizza is ready LONG before it is. This store gets way behind every Friday night (totally get it) and the crew moves (they make a lot of pizza on Fridays, but they do not communicate with the many customers that walk in trying to be nice about how long their order has taken. Their method is just to ignore people completely and it is repeatedly just plain awful. I’m sure many locals avoid this place but they still do ok so they don’t change. I have never left a review online before but this place is bad. Highly recommend avoiding this particular store at any cost. Enjoy your Doninos anywhere else.
Kid-friendliness: Do not bring your kids and expect them to come to your car despite what the app says. Multiple really bad experiences.
