I ordered cheesy bread and it just never came lmao, called the store and no one picked up the phone for hours. By the time it was closed they still did not pickup the phone for an explanation.

Absolutely worst dominos I've ever dealt with. The app said my order was delivered. I thought really because no one is here. I waited 30 minutes on the phone - outside- and was answered and hunged up on 2x. At this point I had waited almost 40 min after the app said my food was delivered. At about 45 minutes I drove to the store and then asked the guy working where my food was. He explained there was only one delivery driver, but he couldn't explain why the food said it was delivered if it wasnt. It's now been 57 minutes since the food was supposedly delivered and still nothing. I wouldn't be too worried about something small, but my order was pretty expensive.

Horrible location. I purchased a pair of marina sauce. Delivery driver did not bring them and gave me cold pizza. Save your money people.

Very rude and disrespectful! They failed to deliver our pizza over an hour and a half after we placed order. When we called it was laughing in the background followed by being hung up on multiple times and being left on hold for over 20 minutes. Pizza was NEVER delivered! I will never order from here again and I will be filing complaint with corporate and BBB! Wrong person to mess with!

I went to pickup when my online app said it was ready. But when I arrived, I still had to wait 10 minutes and the staff didn't ask me what I needed. After I asked, they said my order wasn't ready yet. The reason was that they gave part of my pizza to another customer and made me wait another 10 minutes. really bad and never coming back 🙏

ordered a pizza extravaganza with no onions and no olives and the pizza has both onions and olives. the chicken caesar salad we ordered was entirely wilted and mushy. i had to call three times to even get an answer, and when i finally got an answer the man who answered kept cutting me off and saying “yeah, yeah yeah. okay. yeah yeah yeah.” completely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. how this quality of food and service is acceptable is beyond me.

Worker was not using gloves.. I came in yesterday 10/2/2025 around 3-4pm… I should have not paid for those pizzas… one of the pizzas didn’t have extra cheese and was very dry… Hours later my spouse and I got really sick from our stomachs.. Bad pain hours after we ate the pizza… They do not use gloves…. This is not right very unsanitary…

They delivered it to the wrong house and left it on their porch. When I got the pizza, it was not the correct order. I called and was told that it was my fault because I did not answer the phone. I gave VERY specific instructions as to where to deliver it.

The collaboration between Domino's and DoorDash is incredibly inconvenient for customers. My order was listed as in progress, and when I was notified that the driver was picking up the order, both DoorDash and the official Domino's website marked it as 'Delivered’ immediately. I received no information regarding the status of my single pizza. It arrived over an hour after the order was considered 'Delivered' and was entirely cold. Will not be ordering from this store again—certainly not this location nor through DoorDash.
