Absolutely unacceptable experience. We ordered a pizza from Domino’s and they made it completely wrong. When we called to get it corrected, they refused to deliver the right one—instead, they made my partner drive all the way there just to exchange it for what we originally paid for. She brought the incorrect pizza back, and to top it off, they hung up on her mid-call when she tried to address the issue. Unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in customer service. Never ordering from this location again.

I ordered 5 med Pizza 1.5 hours in advanced because I needed to be at my son school for his birthday. I called the store because the tracker would not move to prep and it was 20min before pick up. The manager told me to make my way over since it would be ready in 5min. He had me waiting for no apparent reason since my cheesy bread was done cooking. When he walked in the location from outside he didn't even wash his hands with soap. I have no idea what he was doing outside.

I order $70 worth of food on website says delivered. Never shower, came down to the store and they said there is nothing they can do but remake food. It's was over an hour and half. They have one person in the back.

Editing my review after 4 years! It used to be a very good store, but now with the new staff is a nightmare! Wrong orders every time! When you step in to pick up, they just dont care, today there are 4 employees talking and they looked at me and keep talking! I had to wait until one of them finally decided to came to the window! Looking for another store or another chain, because this one is done for me!

This isn't my first time shopping here. I shop all the time. And they charge you even for a smile. Every time I ask for dressings, they charge $1.25 each, and they don't even give you napkins. This is getting worse!

I ordered the 7.99 medium pizza deal on the app but both pizzas were very mediocre they put very minimal toppings and cheese. It also looked like they barely stretched out the pizza dough so they could make them even smaller with less of every topping ordered.

Domino’s has a new stuffed crust pizza they have a nationwide deal for 1099 for a stuffed crust pizza my girlfriend goes into the store orders of stuffed crust pizza they charging $19 for the same pizza we can get for $11 at another Domino’s outlet so I go back in there to try and get them to discount the pizza and give us the nationwide price that they’re charging everybody else at every other Domino’s, and these idiots refuse to give me the deal, or give me my money back and say that because they’re a franchise they do not have to honor the price that dominos is offering on TV
