El Mejor Mexican Deli serves authentic and delicious Mexican food. The Menudo is a standout dish, considered the best in the Bay area, and can be enjoyed with or without the provided fixings. The restaurant's food is made with care, with tender and flavorful meat, and not too salty or fatty. The pollo asado burrito is a popular choice, with a warm tortilla and just the right amount of char on the meat. The green salsa adds a nice kick. While the prices may be a bit steep, the food is worth it. With a warm and welcoming staff, El Mejor Mexican Deli is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine.
