Its located right at the start of the San Pedro market.Good vibe of the place. Drinks are average.Food options are less and tastes okaish. We ordered finger foods and they are not so good.Parking: There is a paid parking lot just opposite to this place.

Day “before” St.Paddy’s. Took forever to get the bartenders attention. Several of them just looked at me and walked off. Then was told she’s not allowed to make ANY shaken drinks………only what they had on a small menu of premixed green drinks. Yeah…….uh ok?The drinks on the website menu looked like they had promise.Just stick to SF. This place isn’t worth the drive down. You can get green beer anywhere.

The first time I went, which was on a random weekday with my son that was probably around one year old at the time. It was very slow with maybe two or three people sitting inside, and the host with a rude attitude, denied service to us and wouldn’t let us in because no one under 21 was allowed in the establishment which I understand. Funny enough a couple months later our friends invite us out and we go back on a weekend without our son where there is a party going on with multiple children, and it seems like there was no issue that they were in there and getting service just fine. That definitely frustrated me and puts a bad taste in my mouth on whether or not we’ll be back. All in all the drinks are great and the atmosphere is on point but this place will not be one of our top choices anymore.

We had great time here!??The bar room decoration and vibe is really good.My friend made a new besty? (our waiter)Her drink was on fire ?My drink was best mocktail everThe coconut shrimp was really amazing, I had 2 baskets of it.And my formerly vegetarian friend asked if shrimp has bone in it ?Another tips: come on weekday nights, because you can barely enter the door during weekend as this place is so popular.Parking: There is a huge parking garage right cross the street. 90 free but ~5 dollars /hr after that.Street parking is about 1 dollars / hr.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor

I made reservations on the 7th for the 14th, a week ahead. Upon arrival I was told there was a glitch and they were overbooked so we needed to wait. I ask if we could have a table, not a booth and they confirmed. We wait, not long, and we were given a booth. It was embarrassing because I didn't fit. It wasn't how I wanted to start our evening out without the kids of which we rarely do. We asked to be moved, we were but I felt all eyes were on me and in addition it was uncomfortable. As the drinks came, they were good but definitely not worth the price however this was our night out and it was planned. We enjoyed each other and as the alcohol hit, we had a good time. All who served us asked how we were doing each time they passed or stopped by so they were friendly. The food came quickly and hot. Again, not worth the price but it satisfied our hunger. When it came to dessert, they forgot that course. We waited patiently until we prompted them. We were there probably 30 minutes longer than we wanted to be. Overall, a 2... they were nice but it was a bad start and the drinks/food were not worth the price. Note, they were not as busy as we were told they would be. It was actually pretty quiet in there, maybe at half its capacity. We won't be coming again.

Took my GF here for dinner on Valentine's Day and realized pretty quickly we had made a mistake. Loved the ambiance, but the food menu is extremely limited and the place is very small with shoulder-to-shoulder tables. Seemed like a great place to go get drinks with friends, but not a great place for taking a date to a romantic dinner.

We were there at opening on Valentine's Day and it was very quiet. The decor is fun. Food and drinks were good. Service was good. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. Some drinks are batched which is not our usual go to for exceptional tiki drinks. We had a good time and I would recommend going here if you're in the area and like tiki bars.

This is the tiki bar of tiki bars. Who needs Cheers when you got Dr. Funk! What a great place to chill and enjoy the vibes. Great music at the place last night. Bartenders signing along to the music and hyping the patrons. The food is great bar food with sandwiches, wings, nachos, curries, skewers, ribs, burgers! They have HAPPY HOUR!! and of course an ample selection on their dinner menu as well. This place has it all and everything is delicious. The drinks are on point and go down smooth. The staff is friendly and the main bartender is awesome. If you go there you must try the Rising Phoenix! (see the attached video). You won't be disappointed. Sample the large selection of rum. Just a fun place to hang out at in San Pedro Square. They even reserve it out for private events. A must to visit when you are in DTSJ!

It is the perfect 4.9 place to me so I rounded it up to 5! A fun tiki place with friendly bartenders. Atmosphere is island-style, service is pretty decent. I definitely recommend it to others. Rose from California

Stopped in for cocktails on a sharks game day and ordered a burger from the sharks menu, one of the cocktails off that menu and another off the regular. Friendly staff, very cute and fun vibe inside with the decor!

Love the casual ambiance here, super chill. Staff is quick and attentive. Drinks are delicious. We had a Mai Thai, Shipwreck, and Puka Punch all soooo good and good prices for the area. Basket of fries was BOMB, super crispy.
