Dry Creek Grill was an excellent experience from start to finish. This will be a go to spot whenever I'm in the San Jose area! I would definitely recommend the meatloaf and the short ribs they were flavorful with decent portions.
Dry Creek Grill was a great dining experience. The server was exceptionally helpful and friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Everyone's dish was prepared well and we all enjoyed a variety of the entree offerings. We sat in a booth on the end of the aisle and even though there were tables of 6 nearby, the noise level was just moderate and we were able to converse easily. We will go back. Birthday dinner for 4. Drinks good although slow delivery. Green beans and beet salad delicious. Men ordered brisket and both complained about the lack of brisket—fat and bit of brisket covered with too much sweet sauce. Ladies had Mahi Mahi and Salmon.
