I've been to a few functions at Moose Mountain Vineyards (so atmosphere goes without saying that its 5 star!) where I believe they are the exclusive caterer. While I've been mostly vegan for a few years now, I am still intrigued by what restaurants and caterers create. We are all trained to believe that we aren't getting protein unless there is a dead animal on our plates ~ and its hard to convince meat eaters of this. I’ve been a vegan for five years, and finding truly delicious plant-based options has often been a challenge. However, my recent experience with Earthy Vegan Cuisine in the Bay Area completely changed the game.During the holidays, I had the pleasure of trying their Lions Mane Steak with Chimichurri that left me in aw. So delicious! We had catered from here for a work event and everything was great! Some of the items I remember were the vegan lasagna, vegan ceviche, and the cheese balls! I’m not a vegan but those cheese balls were a hit! Definitely will be ordering from here again! Thank you ?
