Worse service ever. Waited over one hour for my order. Then i cancelled my order. Took them 30 mins extra. Been here for close to 1 hour 35 mins.They asked to substitute my order and then they refunded cash. The other lady said my order is ready now not to refund. Still the manager didnt care and told them she will still refund . They refunded without asking me and giving me cash when i used my card.I told the manager i want it in my card.My kids were starving, falling asleep and coughing waiting for the food.They only spike spanish thinking i dont understand

Sorry but, they asked us what kind of tortillas but. They didn't even give us any sauce, I stayed waiting at the window, but they didn't come out, I can imagine how busy they were, and the picó de gallo was already spoiled ?
If you go inside or pickup or order the employees all make eye contact with you but no one will say anything for several minutes. They're getting skimpy with the chicken portions in the bowls and tostadas, and don't bother with the guac it's so bland.

I have been wanting to try El Pollo Loco since I moved to California. We stopped in for a quick dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken is grilled with mild seasoning but what really surprises me was the settings. It's a fast food place but they served our food on an actual, good quality disposable plate so my food wasn't handed to me in a bunch of takeout containers. It was even plated well. The mashed potatoes were a good consistency and the broccoli was grilled a bit so it wasn't that soggy steamed stuff you get in so many restaurants.I'll go back when I need a chicken fix.

Ok so I ordered food through uber eats. I don't blame uber eats it's just the location itself This isn't the 1st time I've ordered from here there is always something missing. & When you call them they NEVER answer and when you do they hung up on you.
