This place is worth trying. They have big portions for reasonable rates. Constantly well kept and with great character. Will come visit again.

I went to this place once with a roommate did some homework and got a good (vegan) pizza. I have tried to go back twice since then and they were closed both times. I went once at 3 pm and the door was open and the worker said "sorry we just closed" and I tried to go again tonight at 7:45 pm (online it says they close at 9) and they were closed AGAIN. I tried to call before going because of what happened last time but their number is no longer in service. I still may go back eventually because it was a good pizza but not when I'm depending on it for dinner or lunch ever again. Also I live 15 mins away so it was a good commute there and back. I'm PISSSSSED though.

Sparse toppings, under cooked crust, tomato sauce tastes like a tin can. No real reason to go revisit. There are plenty of local places around so skip the national chain.

Wow, greatest service of all time by Caitlin and her teammates today! Had a lunch and learn meeting for 15 people that started at 11:45 am. Walked up to Firenza (at 11:15 am) and Caitlin was prepping for their daily open at 11:30 am. Told her my dilemma and she dropped what she was doing and with the help of her team they made 6 large pizzas within 20 mins. I made my lunch meeting on time(about two miles away) and the pizza was devoured. It is very rare these days that people like Caitlin and her team go the extra step for customer service so I wanted to make sure to give them props. Thank you Caitlin and Firenza team!!

My husband and I came to Los Gatos for a friend's wedding and after driving all day, wanted to order something quick and easy for dinner. I'm so glad we decided on Firenza! My husband loves pizza so we eat it a lot (mostly from big chains like Round Table and Mountain Mike's which I'm not a fan of). This was the best pizza I've had in years! I thought it looked good in the pictures, but it blew my expectations out of the water. The cheesey breadsticks and Bacon Mac pasta were good, but paled in comparison to the pizza. It makes me wish we had reason to come to Los Gatos more often!

Nothing special. Got a "create your own pie" 10" pizza with sausage, pepperoni, olives, spinach and mushrooms. Some of the meat ingredients were grainy in texture (possibly from being in the freezer for a while). I do appreciate that the pizza crust wasn't as burnt as the others, but taste-wise, sorry to say, I've had tastier pizza in the area.

This is not the place to go to get Pizza & Salad! I ordered a salad &my friend ordered a pizza, Pizza was ok but the salad was rotten I took the salad back up to the young lady & asked her why the salad was rotten & why the mushrooms look very old & nasty, Her reply was this. Establishment makes Specialty pizza they don't sell many salads I was dumbfounded by her reply. Never going back there again

Even though the pizza was delicious, It was a disappointing experience due to the customer service. We went on Saturday Aug 24 evening 8:40 pm. There was one person managing the counter and as soon as we walked in, he indicated the shop is closing soon so wouldn't make sense to sit down. It was weird to be greeted like that even though it was 20 mins to close. Anyways, we ordered a veggie pizza for takeaway. The quoted price on the menu was $ 9.99 but After 10 mins, he delivered the pizza and rang the bill for 11.99 plus taxes. He thought we didn't notice but We asked him to explain the higher price. He cooked up a story of unlimited toppings on our pizza and hence the extra charge, and how the menus had the old price and needed to be updated. We were like the right thing would have been to tell us beforehand and ask us if we want any other toppings if this pizza really falls under the unlimited toppings category. Regardless, we let it go as we simply wanted to give the message that customers notice these small sneaky acts, even though it was a small amount, and it's not cool!!

Brought my son here to order a kids size pizza on Sunday, August 18th 2019. The place was close to empty; maybe 2 other customers. There was one employee working who was a heavier set guy with flame tattoos on his arms.. Unfortunately didn't get his name for this review. When we ordered the guy was extremely rude mentioning several times that there was a 10 inch pizza and were we sure that we wanted to order a kids pizza instead. He seemed like it wasn't worth his troubles to make us a kids pizza. He also was very pushy and was rushing us thru our order. Then as he was making my sons pizza and had already put two toppings on and I asked for the third he said he just realized that the kids pizza is new to the menu and said he can't add more then 1 topping and that we can't pay the normal $1.00 per topping extra to add additional toppings. Based on the horrible customer service we experienced we will not be returning to the Los Gatos location again.

not too impressed. the food is actually decent, but i did not enjoy the pizza as it looked like it was made by a girl on 100 calorie diet. my pizza has tiny little amount of toppings in the middle of the pizza and i thought there was some type of national rationing of toppings declared by the government. so while the inner slice of the pizza was ok, the larger portion of the outer pizza was bare (not even cheese) and tasted like soggy cracker type bread. i also got a salad, and wow.. again, i think firenza is suffering from ingredient supply problems. i have seen larger salad at Mcdonalds at 1/3 of the price. it was really skimpy. i know some restaurants purposely make the portions small because they think it reflects 'quality'.. but hey you are just a pizza place. your salad need not to be so damn small. this place definitely is not worth the money. there are many many better pizza options.
