“I walked in at 9:50 p.m. and they close at 10:00 and I've worked enough service jobs so I felt bad for the employees and apologized that I was showing up so late but they were extremely kind and friendly and said they were more than happy to make my food.
Monceis was the manager from what I could tell and he is extremely personable and friendly. There was a guy named Chris on the grill and the entire crew was working hard but they were friendly.
The food was great as expected but the service was even better! I got the double bacon cheeseburger with extra mushrooms and fried onions and it was fabulous.
Parking: It can get packed during business hours but there's still plenty of parking!

“First time here and got to say that this is a step up on the Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers we like to eat. The prices are a little more than the In and Out and other burger places but worth it. Most of them come with double patties unless you order a single one. The meat was a great taste of beef. The extras they put on are delish. Grilled mushrooms with the lettuce, tomato and onions and pickles with some mustard took my experience to another level and they have hot dogs too. The milk shakes tasted like a milk shake. Different flavors. Not all thick and MALT like the other places that sell shakes. The fries with cajun salt spice added were NOM NOM city. The small fries could feed 2 people. The facility was clean and location was of course the Almaden Plaza where a Costco, Trader Joes and Lazy Dog and a bunch of other businesses are operating. Service was excellent and seats were perfect for small or large groups.“
“We love Five Guys, and this particular location really is awesome. The staff clearly go the extra mile to maintain a friendly and clean atmosphere. From the bathroom to the eating area to the food orep, and cooking area everything was clean. The staff greeted all customers upon arrival and said “thank you” as each guest left. The staff also delivered the food across the counter with a little personal touch, ensuring that each customer has the correct order and all necessities (napkins, ketchup, etc.) these guys really care!“
“Got the food in a pretty fast time. I like the lady in the back working by the pick up área. She was very very polite and often times people working in fast food are miserable. She smiled big and I thanked her. She told me no, thank you. I hope you have a great day. Now thats what you call service.“
“Food was literally amazing. I read the bad reviews, which made me skeptical, but I could not be more satisfied! The service was also very good, especially from the manager/shift lead, Jalen. He was super patient and helpful with my crazy family. I’ll definitely be coming again.“
“I’ve been eating at various 5 guys for years. I stopped by this location while visiting family in the area. When I ordered my lettuce wrap burger the guy at the register clarified by asking if it was a preference choice or allergy. Then asked if I wanted my orders in separate bags since I had a bun with my husband’s order. I’ve never had anyone ask or treat my gluten intolerance with such respect. Major props to this location, their training and the politeness of this gentleman.
And the seasonings on their Cajun fries was perfect!!! Many other places skimp out and it’s disappointing, but not here.“
“These burgers have no business being so good!!!!! Literally one of the best cheeseburgers!! Love going to this location, the staff is so friendly and always greet you as you walk in. If I order online, it's always ready or if it's not ready they will acknowledge you and let you know the status of it. I love how you can customize the shakes, bacon peanut butter banana is a fav of mine. And I love the free peanuts to eat as you wait!! There's always space to eat inside and seats outside as well. Totally worth the price, such fresh ingredients, ugh just typing this is making me want to get it asap!“
