“I walked in at 9:50 p.m. and they close at 10:00 and I've worked enough service jobs so I felt bad for the employees and apologized that I was showing up so late but they were extremely kind and friendly and said they were more than happy to make my food.
Monceis was the manager from what I could tell and he is extremely personable and friendly. There was a guy named Chris on the grill and the entire crew was working hard but they were friendly.
The food was great as expected but the service was even better! I got the double bacon cheeseburger with extra mushrooms and fried onions and it was fabulous.
Parking: It can get packed during business hours but there's still plenty of parking!

“Been here many times over the years. Always been decent. However, on October 16th 2024 at noon, they hired this new employee.
He is just awesome, positive, big smile, and funny. He convinced me to buy more than what I was anticipating on spending.
If five guys want more business, should give positive with great influence employee a raise.
I’ll certainly be visiting again“
“Absolutely love five guys, you don't have to go to too many other burger places and pay something close to get a much clearly inferior product to appreciate how good five guys really is. They're a little bit more expensive, in fact they're one of the most expensive fast food burger chains but the product is so much better. You consistently get a great burger, not a thin patty like other burger places but a good amount of quality beef with all the condiments, mushrooms bacon, grilled onions you could want. When you order fries not only do they give you a good size portion of fries but they usually dump the rest of the basket in your bag on top of the container giving you usually somewhere close to twice the amount of fries you actually ordered. Over all, and my humble opinion, five guys is the burger place to beat. My go-to favorite is the bacon cheeseburger lettuce wrap.“
“I always love Five Guys. They have great burgers and fries. One thing that puts them apart for me is their cajun fries. So today I ordered my regular order: a cheeseburger and little cajun fries. However, I took it back home, and first bite: only salt. No cajun seasoning at all. Though I know that everyone makes mistakes, it was disappointing. However, in general, Five Guys is great.

“The Race St & Alameda Five Guys is good, something about the atmosphere isn't quite as conducive as say the Camden avenue five Guys at Union. There's a slightly off vibe at this location and the food was okay wasn't the normal five Guys great. I would go back again, but I'd like it to measure up to the standard of the rest of the five Guys locations I've been to.
Parking: Parking can be challenging, forcing you to drive around until you can find a parking spot somewhere on the street if there's no parking in the smallish parking lot.“
“The bacon burgers at this restaurant are truly amazing! The beef in the burger is thick and juicy, paired with crispy bacon, full of salty flavor, and every bite is full of texture. The bun of the burger is also very soft and has a slightly sweet flavor, which goes well with the salty meat, making you unable to resist taking one bite after another.
In addition to burgers, the milkshakes here are also a highlight. Their milkshakes are rich and smooth, not too sweet, and drink very smoothly. They are definitely the best choice to go with burgers. I especially like the chocolate flavor, the rich cocoa aroma blooms in the mouth, making people have endless aftertaste. If you like a refreshing taste, strawberry or vanilla milkshake is also a good choice.
Of course, we can’t leave out their fries! The French fries are fried just right, golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Each one is full of tempting potato aroma, and they don't taste greasy at all, making you want to keep eating them.
Finally, the service here is top notch. The service staff are friendly, always smiling, and answer customers' questions patiently, making people feel at home. They serve food quickly and pay attention to details, which makes the overall dining experience even better.
In summary, this restaurant's bacon burgers, milkshakes and fries are all excellent, and coupled with excellent service, it's definitely worth a try! I will come again next time and recommend it to all my friends who like American meals!“
