At least on this visit, it was disappointing. The caramel shake was sugary but had little salted caramel flavor -- I should have sent it back. And the industrial soap in the restroom left an odor on my hands for hours.

Staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of tables were a little dirty but nothing egregious. Food is exactly what you’d expect from a Five Guys. My only gripe is that it’s getting prohibitively expensive to eat here.

I walked in at 9:50 p.m. and they close at 10:00 and I've worked enough service jobs so I felt bad for the employees and apologized that I was showing up so late but they were extremely kind and friendly and said they were more than happy to make my food.

Monceis was the manager from what I could tell and he is extremely personable and friendly. There was a guy named Chris on the grill and the entire crew was working hard but they were friendly.
