Been here many times over the years. Always been decent. However, on October 16th 2024 at noon, they hired this new employee.

He is just awesome, positive, big smile, and funny. He convinced me to buy more than what I was anticipating on spending.

If five guys want more business, should give positive with great influence employee a raise.

I’ll certainly be visiting again

The food was amazing as always but the service by an employee named Victor made things even better. Really positive attitude and great personality that made the whole thing even more enjoyable ??

Super quick service! They were pretty busy when I was here and they still managed to get our food out fast. The food is also very consistent with other five guys :)

This was my first time eating at Five Guys. It was clean inside, easy to get to, and not busy, so we received our food very quickly. The cashier wasn't very helpful or informative despite my voicing that I was a newbie. The "burgers" listed are two patties. The "small burgers " are one. I chose the provided combo burger option, which includes mushrooms. The meat was perfect (fully cooked FYI), juicy, and savory. The mushrooms were on the bottom, and upon trying to lift my burger from the foil, I realized the bottom bun had melded into a soggy love relationship with the foil wrapper. The mushrooms didn't have any flavor, I'm unsure if they seasoned them at all. Overall, the burger was tasty, buns soft, fresh ingredients. I didn't notice there were two options for fries, I would have enjoyed trying the cajun fries. Regardless, the fries were perfect, and definitely no ketchup necessary! The prices make this a "treat," but with the wage issues going on here, it's not shocking...$30 for two burgers, one fry and drink. It's a very open floor plan, so customers can watch every step of the preparation, which is great. There's a huge box of peanuts in shell that's offered with cardboard boats and buffet style. I did not realize that there was peanut oil used for cooking. Lastly, almost no plastic waste! Yay! Serious kudos for that!

Dietary restrictions: Peanuts and peanut oil are served and used to cook with.

Up until now I had only ordered from uber eats which I always enjoyed. Going into the store I was happy to find the same great food. And they have peanuts ?.

When it comes to fast food hamburgers nothing beats 5 guys. The burger is great and the Cajun Fries to die for.

Service was trash, they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in for pick up. They helped other guests that had pick up as well.

When I tried to walk to the counter the guy there walked away from me.

Would give them a higher rating if service wasn’t trash.

$9.75 with tax for a single Jr cheeseburger only, no fries or drink. The place stenched like a drain sewer that needs to be bleached. I dont know how the employess are working in am environment that smells like that. The burger was good but probably won't be back because the cost of the smallest burger is way too expensive. The bathrooms were clean.
