We love Five Guys, and this particular location really is awesome. The staff clearly go the extra mile to maintain a friendly and clean atmosphere. From the bathroom to the eating area to the food orep, and cooking area everything was clean. The staff greeted all customers upon arrival and said “thank you” as each guest left. The staff also delivered the food across the counter with a little personal touch, ensuring that each customer has the correct order and all necessities...
We had a Five guys next to our house and it closed down. Part of it was due to the pandemic but it was really the service which made us stop going even though we liked the food. We personally belive the employ vibe killed the business. We found this location and the people working there are friendly for the most part. So many places hire people (mainly youger workers I have noticed) that are not people persons and they will convey through body language (no smile when they greet...
