I would say an average experience. Bloody Mary house version was good, pancakes were hot, bacon was blah. I expected "applewood" bacon and seemed regular strips to me. Cooked crispy. It was the first stop after arriving at gate 30. I didn't check the reviews and I think there are other places to go but this was convenient. I'll check out the rest of the airport, I have some time to kill.
Came in around 6am before a flight to San Diego and were seated at the bar right away. Our bar tender was very friendly and greeted us right away when we sat down. We ordered mimosas and bloody Mary's to start off our morning. For breakfast I got the flames breakfast which included two eggs, a choice of bacon or sausage, toast and potatoes. Service is painfully slow and inattentive and the coffee is the worst. Also, items listed on the menu that they have never even carried. There are better spots at SJC. Don't waste your time or money here.
