Fair lunch yesterday afternoon. Food was mostly good, though the kitchen struggled with the temperature of my filet Mignon, missing wildly beyond requested medium to well done. The replacement was rushed and undercooked, but I was not going to send it back again. They must be breaking in a new grill man. Keep at it! Service was attentive and friendly.
I love this place. I just celebrated my birthday there. Even though you can tell they are under staffing (like everyone else in the bay area) they are very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend the rib eye stake.

Service was non existent. Order was taken , server made us feel like we were a bother. All 3 courses brought one after another with no dirty dishes removed. Once the main dishes were delivered nobody ever came back to the table until she brought the bill and wanted to know what dessert we wanted. No drink refills. The meat for 2 of the four were not cooked correctly. Sad to pay a $5 up charge for rare meat that had been ordered medium well. Nobody ever came to check so that it could have been sent back. What a waste of $170.00 . Restaurant was dirty, when we were seated we had to wipe the seats off. Very sad to see this restaurant in such a mess. People were standing where we were eating talking loudly while waiting to be seated. Seems that a lot of young people were working without supervision or guidance. This is something I would expect at a drive through type restaurant not a $$$resturant.

Food was excellent, on par with previous visits. Service was a bit slow, but we found out that several servers had called off, and they only had four working that shift.  overall, we still had to get experience .
Like everything else being sold, you're going to spend more for less food. Steak was overcooked, more often than not it is. Dessert was good and the waitress did her best being one of two taking care of the dining area.

Our drink orders were late and one was not what was ordered. Overall we were satisfied. We liked the fact that we were not rushed and our appetizers salad and entrees came with enough time to finish each.

We don't go out to each much as most restaurants are VERY noisy. Black Angus is actually perfect. Not quiet and not noisy. We can have a nice conversation without yelling in someone's ear. We're always happy with our meal too. And we've never had bad service. It's a great place in our opinion. This time it was for my birthday. Thank you Black Angus. Can't wait to go again!

The hostess, Michael the bartender, and our server ALL went above and beyond in making my best friend's 30th birthday a very special one. She was delighted! She had never been to a Black Angus before. I definitely recommend Black Angus Blossom Hill. Thank you so much guys! ? Cheers!

Black Angus seems to be moving in the direction of other failing restaurants. The portion size of the meal is getting smaller and the price is always going up. My 6 oz. Filet mignon steak looked to be maybe 4 oz. augraten potato's portion dish looked smaller, and maybe 15 green beans. Even with a discount coupon i am wondering if I will return.
We come to Black Angus regularly for date night and we decided to come for Valentine's Day as well. I feel that they need to work on how to manage holidays better. They were running about 30 minutes behind on reservations and we were also sat in the bar when we finally did get to be sat. Our servers were not very attentive as when asked for waters I just chose to go get them myself from the bar because after taking our order we were not checked on for more than 20 minutes after receiving our appetizer. We ended up being at the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours before finishing our meal and we did have plans afterwards so we were planning to be there for 1 1/2 hours max. While my steak was cooked fine my partners steak came out very overcooked but she opted to not send it back as we had already been there for an hour before being given our main course. As I stated before I believe this was just due to the large influx of customers on Valentines Day but nonetheless not the best experience.
It took 30 minutes over our reservation time to be seated. a few more seats in the waiting area would be helpful. Our server was doing his best to be attentive and friendly. Our food took a while to come out, from ordering until we received entrees, it took 45 minutes. The rib eye was medium well, not medium, but we had waited so long I chose not to wait for a refire. The filet we ordered was cooked as ordered. Parking is beyond horrible, we almost gave up and went some where else.

Great restaurant, a great meal but a hostess staff who unfortunately was not up to the job. I had a 5:15 pm confirmed reservation and stepped down to the bar area to wait as my was not ready yet. I went back up to the hostess station 3 times to check and at 6:15 pm I was told it would be ready soon. Finally, at 6:40 pm I asked the manger to check and she said the hostess had cancelled my reservation as a ‘no show.” I'm not upset, things sometimes go sideways in life but do check your own reservations closely.

I had a dinner reservation for 6:45p on a Friday night and got there around 6:20p. We were seated before 6:45p. I ordered a prime rib steak but thought I ordered a rib eye steak. When the prime rib came out it was rare so I asked server to take back wanted no pink. Prime rib came out as I ordered but didn't look like what I wanted (rib eye) so server asked did I want a rib eye instead and promptly got me a rib eye. I also ordered a ginger ale soda as a drink and found out later they didn't have ginger ale soda. So the server gave us a delicious huge chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top (for FREE) just because they didn't have the soda I wanted. Service and Food was much better than most restaurants provide. You will not be disappointed if you have dinner at this location.

My husband and I often choose Black Angus Blossom Hill for dinner, and the restaurants never disappoint. We were very pleased to have our favorite server (Tami) back, and we enjoyed catching up. The food was delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Thank you Black Angus for a wonderful, Monday night experience.
