They skimp hard on the fish now. They used to give pretty good portions of fish per bowl, or at least they would make it look like you got a lot, but now they give tiny conservative scoops. Attached is my order from today, the fish used to touch the lid and now it's so little I can see the rice underneath. :(

Good food. We typically get as delivery, and understand we're paying a premium for the convenience, but the listed price for a side of gomae string beans was $4, which seemed a bit excessive for the tiny little cup they came in.They were a yummy single-serving side. Just not what I expected for the price. So now you will not be surprised either.

This restaurant is tucked into an Asian grocery shopping plaza and it's very small. I wouldn't recommend dining in here as there are barely any tables to sit and eat. Having no expectations before coming here, I'm pleasantly surprised by how good it is. The fish are really fresh and good quality. Their bowls include a base, cucumber, onion, fish, and toppings. I recommend their salmon and tuna fish. The cashiers were so nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back whenever I'm craving poke!

This used to be my favorite poke place, I've been going here for many years. But recently the quality has dropped quite a bit. They give less food than they used to, a large bowl costs more (from $16-17 to $20 total) and the selection of toppings is smaller with extra charges on things that used to be free. The fish tastes less fresh. The servers feel like they're rushing you through your order. I hope this place can go back to its original quality standard.

I was eating this poke bowl 8/15/23 at about 5pm. I almost choked on this fish bone. Lucky it was big enough for me to feel it in my mouth before swallowing it otherwise it could have been ALL BAD. I saved the bone and just haven't had time to return to the place to show them!! I'm pissed though and it could have been deadly. Think if a child ate that??? Quality control better improve there!! BEWARE!!! I hope I get a response from management.

size is small, walked in around 4pm Wednesday,There was only 1 customer inside,We were looking at the menu on the wall,While this girl came out asking “are you ready to order”,We were “ not yet, still reading the menu”,And then she was like “ehh, line starts here,We were: yes, understand, but it is far away from the menu, and we are reading. Then she continued: if you are not ordering,Pls stand away so not blocking the line”.Well, we do need to read the menu before ordering,And we were 2 feet away from the only other customer,Not sure why she thinks we are blocking the other?Plus, The other customer’s bowl size looks small and not enough food.So we left without ordering anything. Not a pleasant experience.

Any time my brother and I visit home from out of town, this is always the first restaurant we get food from. SO good, please never ever change. Especially like the miso crab, shrimp, and all the topping options.

I’m a loyal customer of Go fish. I really like it but this time is horrible.I always order a large one so I know how much food in the bowl. This time it only fills 3/2 of the large bowl. In the first scoop of fish, there are only 3 pieces of Tuna. Are you kidding me?Also please take a look at the quality of mix greens.Again. I might go in the future. But this time is 0/5 stars for sure.

Good poke and has all the standard options and then some for meats. The large bowl has a decent amount and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Service was nice as well. Inside is smaller so I'd recommend taking it to go, and parking can be tight

Go Fish Poke Bar is my favorite poke place in the Bay Area- I've been to a few of their locations and I am always happy with my experience! Their portions are pretty large so you definitely get what you are paying for. The fish and ingredients always taste fresh and high quality. It's a great spot for a quick lunch!

Takeout order:9/10 Miso Short Rib $16.50 - Short rib was amazing! Portion of meat itself was small because of the large bone but quality was solid! Super tender and juicy and falls right off the bone. Egg was fried medium well so it was still a bit nice and runny. Also wished the bowl came with some veggies and some more sauce from the rib to go with the rice. Good meal to splurge on sometimes but not good value.
