Im not sure why Dad came here ( maybe location) because their Green Tea w/ Milk had no Green Tea in it. I guess maybe my Dad confused the Barista guy because original he want Mango but a minute later he decide he want Green Tea. The Barista told us to just use the machine to pick any Milk tea ( since Dad want Milktea & he can add Mango syrup) I guess Dad did not want Mango Syrup so he said he just want Green Milk tea which is what we punch in ( Barista told us to use machine). Since the Pearl cost 80 cents more I did not tip because the Large GreenMilk tea came out to 8.10 ( with tax). Just wanted to say that 8 dollars its not worth it for Green Tea if there is no Green Tea. I even told the Barista that it looks white or cream color but he said it did have Green Tea but there was no Green tea flavour. It is better to spend the 8 dollars at TP Tea ( on Blaney& Bollinger) because there, their Green tea is very rich. I mean I dont expect them to be as good as the Tea place on Blaney (Rich in Tea) but at least have a tiny bit of Green Tea flavour. Maybe I should try getting a part time job here because i can make better milk tea. It was not even busy. Customers came 7 minutes later but when we went, not busy. Maybe the barista just did not want to work on a Sunday.

Excellent Thai iced tea with boba, fast and efficient service, but we could hardly drink it because they switched to a paper straw that pinches at the slightest pressure. Forget the bobas, we could barely even get any tea through it, and we were too far away to go back and ask if they have normal straws. It's like buying a car without a steering wheel. What the hell?

The drinks were great and we got the Christmas special gingerbread containers. The red ones are Red Velvet flavored and the one in the middle is regular milk tea with boba and star jelly. According to my friends who had Red velvet, the drink didn't taste like red velvet and just tasted like regular milk tea. The staff were great and we got to spin a wheel for a free prize for our purchase. Overall it was a great experience but the only complaint I have is that they don't accept cash which is kinda annoying.

I come here quite often and staff is great. the baristas are always helpful and service is amazing. the only thing to keep in mind is they don't take cash. personally I don't mind it since I usually order on the app so I can rack up points :)
Very disappointing that you can't use cash here, I was here without my debit card (left in my car) but I had cash on me and they wouldn't take my cash so I couldn't buy. Also they made my mother who is elderly and can't see well or knows how to use the tablet to order try to use it instead of taking 30 seconds and just taking her order verbally.
