I've seen a review of someone complaining about their boba missing. This has never happened to me before so it must have been an honest mistake.

After a few hours of walking around Eastridge mall, I was craving some boba! This was around 2:30 pm on a Sunday, and there weren't many mall goers ordering boba. So, I placed my order on their self-serve kiosk and waited for about 7-10 minutes for my order. I love how they've gone eco by using paper straws instead of plastic ones. I ordered their marble mango milk tea with 50% sweet and rainbow jelly. Made to my liking! Sweet, refreshing, and colorful!

Got one of their current bestsellers, Earl Grey Fresh Milk Tea. I chose 50% sugar level as recommended, but it’s still too sweet. Last time, I chose Milk Foam Special House Coffee from another location and loved it. This time, I got disappointed. The staff was fast and attentive (I only saw one). She was friendly and polite.Parking: Free mall parking lotsKid-friendliness: It’s milk tea!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance and roadside and elevators

Nice to see a boba place inside a mall. Boba here is meh. I also ordered 50% sweetness and they gave me 70% instead which tasted like 100% sweetness. QQ Passion fruit Green Tea 3.5/5 - okay taste, a little too sour Taro Milk Tea 0/5 - too sweet and had a weird taro taste like it's bad. I couldn't drink it at all after the first few sips.

This is one of my favorite milk tea places. I like that this location is in the mall so you can come to get something sweet and something to eat if you want. Since it is in the mall, there's no seating for the actual tea store, you just sit in the dining area. The area is big so there will always be seating. They use online ordering now on a kiosk. It was changed out of nowhere, which makes me sad since I didn't get any warning about it and I lost all my reward points. They use an online version now so it is through the kiosk. They still have someone to take your order but you might have to wait for them to come to the front since they have a kiosk. One of the drinks I usually get from here is the Strawberry Earl Grey Milk Tea. It is one of my favorite drinks! I like the fruity hints of strawberry and Earl Grey fragrance. They pair well together and are so refreshing to drink in the summer. I have to say that Gong Cha makes one of the best Earl Grey teas. Will come again soon!

Smooth Taiwan tea place has green -oolong tea with some usual unusual mixes. Has 2 self serve kiosks so you can get in and out smoothly. It can get busy sometimes.?

Ordered a large taro milk tea 50% sweet and 50% ice. Taste like 10% sweet more than 50%. No flavor taro at all mostly taste watery.

I feel like I was violated paying almost $9 for a milk tea. All I asked was for a large matcha milk tea with brown sugar and the lady casually just charged extra because I wanted brown sugar. I don't know why I even bother going to these mall shops. They all lack customer service because they know people will buy regardless. One more shop to add to my list of never again.

The employees got my order wrong twice and were chatting rather then giving me my last drink!!!!

Great milk tea with a reasonable price which lower than most of milk tea businesses. so convenience located next to ranch 99 market. I go there every time I shop at the market. I would recommend it.

I was super excited about a Gong Cha nearby. Extremely disappointed on drink, and even worse, the customer service. Guy at register didn't even complete my order and he was already playing on his phone, talking to some girl that was sitting crossed leg on the counter top. Very unprofessional environment. My order, a mango mix, was ok at best. Wouldn't pay $7.55 again for that sugary drink. I've tried other Gong Cha location and was looking forward to frequent this location often since it's close by, not anymore.

I appreciate that Gong Cha opens super early , way before any other boba shops . However , I'm not asking for much . I only wanted boba and that was the reason why I ordered the pearl milk tea with added grass jelly . Not only was I the only person that ordered at the time , the associate was also on the phone that he forgot to put boba in there . I am still craving for those slimy black pearls

Located in Eastridge Mall, that means parking won't be an issue & of course that just means you'll have to look for parking.Prices are kinda like the other boba spots, depending on if it's worth your $ then u can decide if you wanna buy a drink. They have a variety to chose from & there drinks are pretty good, it'll be on the 7 scale of 10.The workers that were there were friendly & that's great cause it was "legit" closing time & she did not make me feel rushed. Thank You
