Ordered a coffee and two milk teas at this location. The staff that was attending to my order was helpful and even provided sample of the coffee that I was thinking of ordering. She was also patient when I made some additional requests to the two milk teas that I was purchasing. As there are two staff working at this location, the waiting time for getting my orders is pretty good. Gong Cha at Eastridge Mall in San Jose is a great spot for refreshing bubble tea. I visited with friends for some window shopping and exploring the mall. The drinks were delicious, and the mall atmosphere was enjoyable. Overall, a good experience!
Got one of their current bestsellers, Earl Grey Fresh Milk Tea. I chose 50% sugar level as recommended, but it’s still too sweet. Last time, I chose Milk Foam Special House Coffee from another location and loved it. This time, I got disappointed.The staff was fast and attentive (I only saw one). She was friendly and polite.
