Big Vietnamese plaza with lots of food options. There is the dim sum right outside of the plaza. Inside there are lots of options ranging from the food court which has decent Vietnamese dishes like com tam (grillled meat rice plate) to Pho (soup noodles) to nuoc Mia (auger cane juice and smoothies).
I love coming here for variety of beef jerky selections. Much better and cheaper than the stuff you buy at the grocery stores.
There are a few vendors selling tropical plants in the front of the plaza as well if you’re into planting fruit trees like passion fruit, guava, Hoa Lan, etc…. It could be seasonal for some of the plants.
