Happy Lemon is a standard boba shop with a consistent taste in their drinks. However, the cleanliness of the establishment leaves much to be desired, with grimy chairs and walls. On a positive note, their bubble waffles dipped in salted cheese and unique flavors such as the Ube Milktea with puffs are well-received.
