I could not rate the atmosphere because I have never been in there, I always get it delivered. As for the food and delivery service, it was absolutely 5*. In fact, it was by far the best burger I have ever had in San Jose. I was expecting to be disappointed as always due to dry, grey, overcooked meat, a wilted tomato and tons of salt. WHAT A NICE SURPRISE HELLAGOOD IS! The meat was juicy, tender, looked like 100% beef, not 75% filler and the flavor was wonderful. The burger was HUGE, enough for 2 meals and then some so I didn't mind it being a little more expensive than some. The delivery was on time, driver was very polite and delivery fees are very reasonable. This is my new go to place when I am craving a burger!

Ordered a smash burger thinking it would be a smash burger but it was honestly just a normal burger style patty, not thin and crisp. It had a smokey BBQ flavor to it. I can see others liking this place for their burgers but I went with the intent of eating a smashburger.

I went in for lunch today. Got the onion rings and bacon cheeseburger with an onion rings on it. I ate about a third of the burger and literally threw it out, it's was that bad. Onion rings were full of grease. I'm super disappointed. I had to go buy tacos to actually eat something for lunch. I'm sorry to say you should skip this spot

Nice people & good fries, but our burgers should have been pulled off the grill at least 1 minute before they were. In burger time, one minute is all it takes to go from medium & still juicy to approaching well done.
