Terrible flavorless overpriced food. You'd expect to get something good paying $15 for a burger or $10 for fries but they somehow managed to screw that up. It was so bad I couldn't even force myself to finish it, STAY AWAY!!!

My family ordered food from there. My brother received an alert on his phone that he was charged twice so he went to go show them. The girl there was rude. My brother was frustrated because of her attitude and how confrontational she was so he walked away I went to tell them it was fine that I was sure it was just a mistake thru the bank and that it would clear out after the weekend but she wouldn’t even let me finish. She kept cutting me off and saying he was only charged once. I gave up trying to deescalate it and just agreed with her and walked away.

Bland and overpriced.I got the smash burger and it was barely even “smashed”. The burger came with their special sauce but somehow was still very dry. Lacking lots seasoning.The fries were okay. McDonald’s style fries. The ranch was really bad. It’s literally a touch buttermilk, pepper, and LOTS of water. Lacked any type of flavor. They also wanted $1.13 for an extra tiny cup :-|2 burgers, a fry, and drink came out to about $45. There are so many better burger spots to eat at and so many better restaurants in general at San Pedro Square

Tried the place one afternoon and was very satisfied. Just wanted a solid burger and fries and that is what we got. There are lots of options to choose from in the food court, but I would go back. We tried the Hella Good Burger, Chicken Sando, and the loaded fries. All were good and get agains.

*this was doordashed* At home craving a good burger mindlessly looking at places on door fast and what better burger to get a "hella good burger" I love me an amazing burger with mushrooms so I decided on the Hella Shroomin burger and I got a side of waffle fries .. food was still hott when I received it thank you on quick service. The burger was good but not hella good ... the burger had about 5 or 6 slices of mushrooms on it I was kinda expecting way more (due to the name )and the onions were just kinda there ... the patty was seasoned really well and the burger was cooked how I like it, the bun was nice and soft.The waffle fries needed alittle more time in the fryer for the texture I was looking for . I will give this a try again maybe a different burger and in house .

It seemed like just a regular patty. They may have smashed it, but it wasn't charred at all. Really just tasted like 2 regular patties that were smashed. It was good, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't my definition of a smash burger. Need those crispy charred edges! Toppings on the burger were good but its basically as expected at these prices. Fries were crispy and decent. Overall, they should just change their name to good burger. I'd pay about half for this burger. They basically priced themselves out of a return visit. Especially in a location with so many great options.

The first burger double patties was 7/10 due to it wasnt even warm and the bottom bun was soggy. Now the pickles I think are awesome, and the patties was perfectly cooked. The western burger was cooked well too but the onion ring was soggy so it was just mushy breading and the bbq sauce isn't for me but the choice in bacon was just right so i give it 7/10. The hella dirty fries unfortunately wasn't hot either and overall was good but wasn't hella good and dirty. i had more cheese and bacon and warmed it up and so that took it from 6 to an 8/10. Definitely isn't something to order to be delivered because it wasn't hot at all but will go to the spot next time.

It's really just a counter, but there's plenty of places to sit and enjoy your meal in the square, so it's not an issue, but don't expect "atmosphere ".I may have been on edibles but they had the perfect waffle fries --chrispy warm clouds of potato.The smash burger was so tasty. I really can't say anything bad about it. Will try again when I'm sober and reevaluate.
