I’ve been to many different boba shops in my life and this is my favorite of all time! They have some unique drinks and food items that I haven’t seen anywhere else as well as classic drinks, and they’re all delicious. Maybe a little pricey, but not bad at all. Staff are friendly. Definitely go if you’re in the area!
Amazing service and snacks are really fresh my fav was the aged takoyaki!! Must try. I’m very picky about takoyaki but this place serves it hot and fresh. Most places have it frozen in the middle 🤮 ILL FOREVER come to this place for their takoyaki
Nice and clean spot for milk tea and snacks like popcorn chicken and fries.
A bit pricey but great tasty milk tea and snacks. Popcorn chicken about $11 each and fries about $9 each.
Not too crowded but guests in and out frequently so their stuff is fairly fresh.
Love the affordability and quality, especially at this particular location. I love the flavor of their mango green tea, it had a nice fruit flavor while not being too sweet (perfect if you like traditional taiwanese tea). Many of their drinks have multiple toppings included which is a huge bonus and makes this place comparatively affordable.
Manger was rude
I've been coming here for some years now and their food and drinks are the best in San jose.
One of the best boba teas in the Bay area, although there were days when our drinks were not up to par. It's my go-to place since it's a few places that have red bean topping and good tea.
i loveeeee itea. it’s the most consistent boba shop in san jose when it comes to taste, no contest. i literally drink milk tea almost every day (minimum 4x a week) and whenever i try a new place, i always end up going back to itea. it just never fails.
even on a calorie deficit, their wintermelon tea with sea salt kreama (30% sugar, 30% ice) still hits every time. shake it up so the kreama mixes with the tea and boom—tastes like regular milk tea. and it’s only 180 calories max, even with 100% sugar. that’s wild.
their food is also so slept on. the basil popcorn chicken and cajun fries are always a hit, but the parmesan truffle fries??? yeah… i’ve had truffle fries at alexander steakhouse and i still prefer the ones from itea. that says a lot.
I only come here for the basil garlic popcorn chicken. It's the best I've had in the south bay
Cute tea shop with lots of options and flavors for bubble tea and similarly related drinks. I haven’t tried the food, but it looks like the people who did were really enjoying it. The service was good too, with competent and professional staff.
I gave 4 stars only because the drink was way too sweet – I requested 50% and it was still super sugary. I should have asked how many tablespoons of sugar or syrup is used, since 50% is arbitrary without measurements. Flavor-wise the drink was still good, and the bubbles were done right too.

Super fruit tea with one piece in the background - what more can you ask for? 😄

This boba place is one of my favorite boba places. I come here very often to satisfy my sweet tooth. The food and drinks are good. The only downside to this place is that it is very loud and noisy when it is crowded. Another reason I took off a star for this place is the smell. I feel like the store's ventilation is not working properly. Whenever I come here for my drinks, I always walk out smelling like food or burning oil. It really pisses me off sometimes. I hope they will work on these issues.
