Please, for the love of God, call out the names of orders when they're ready instead of dumping them on a table behind the register.

Several people, myself included, were standing there staring at the wall like idiots while our orders just sat there. They could have been called out, handed off and let us clear what is already a very crowded space.

Either that or have a rack with completed orders so folks can come in and pick up and go.

Workers were doing what they could despite the baffling decision to have two total employees working during a weekday lunch rush.

Ordered my lunch and it came with a nice black hair in it. So disgusting I could not eat it. Super annoying because i could not leave work to do anything about it. I know things happen and I am sure that it was not intentional. However, when your only job is to serve good food for my money, I expect it to be hair free. Will not order again from this location.

Very small portions, my sandwich was listed with a decent amount of ingredients and it was still almost all bread

I've been here a few times. And now, im addicted to these sandwiches. My favorite is the da Vinci with their cruch bread with their sauce. Have to try.

If you ask them of something, like clean gloves or no-cut, you have to continuously monitor them. Otherwise, you will end up with a fuzy-halal meal. What is the meaning of serving halal chicken if the process itself is not halal?

Didn't get a photo...maybe my second time ever having it .... had the philly cheese steak which was really good....took a little longer than I thought for a sandwich...but it was worth it...had a family lunch date so we were cool with the wait....we both had hot sandwiches sure that added to the wait....anyways it was yummy and filling ... no complaints...worth my money.....

Someone in morning shift she is very rude and disrespectful to me and she didn’t even say hi when I come to store so and they give me my food late so that is so bad to do this one .

Ike's sandwiches aren't your standard pastrami or roast beef. Oh no, no, THESE sandwiches have names, like "Menage A Trois", "Hunter Pence", "Paul Reuben", and "We're Just Friends". Each is bursting with flavors across the spectrum- sweet, savory, spicy, tangy, just to name a few. The bread rolls are built strong enough to hold the piles of yumminess inside + they're just the right amount of soft and crunchy.

The names are silly and fun, the sandwiches are well portioned and the flavors are scrumptious! The staff can be hit or miss; sometimes they're super friendly, helpful and attentive, while other times they're not in the mood for indecisiveness, unpreparedness or entitlement. They also don't keep the dining area and bathroom in tip top shape, but since I rarely dine in, I don't mind as much. To be fair, I have been frequenting this chain/brand for many years, so I have lot's of various experiences in each store. Yes, there are many stores in this chain, including out of state.

One last tidbit that some might find helpful: some of the ingredients are halal, which some people like, due to the slightly higher standards halal and kosher food production must meet to be labeled as such. It's just a little extra quality.

Zach was so sweet and awesome! I couldn’t remember what I ordered so he helped me make a sandwich for what I was CRaving! Very thoughtful service and such a great smile to brighten my day. Great Job Zack!
