Sandwiches were pretty good, although the customer service not so good. Called to place an order for pick up and Samuel H. wasn't too friendly to talk to, borderline hostile, no pleasant customer service words, told him multiple times vegetables on all sandwiches and each time I ordered another sandwich he would ask if I wanted vegetables and I kept telling him VEGETABLES ON ALL SANDWICHES, but that's not really the main issue, it's the customer service delivery, impolite with a side order of attitude. Got to do better Ikes, for $57 for 3 sandwiches and chips I would expect a kinder customer service experience, unfortunately I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

I’m writing to report an issue with an order I placed on Saturday, July 19th at your Westgate location. I ordered my usual sandwich — the Beast Mode — to-go. An older gentleman handed me my order at the counter.

However, when I got home, I was very disappointed to find that the sandwich was missing the fried chicken entirely. It had no meat at all.

I’d appreciate it if you could look into this matter.

No complaints on the service or atmosphere. Food quality is BAD. Non-stop diarrhea and cold sweats after eating here. Hope it doesnt worsen to food poisoning.

I’ve been to several Ike’s locations, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The interior was noticeably unclean, and many of the tables were left dirty.

I ordered two identical meat sandwiches, one with everything (including lettuce and tomato) and the other with just lettuce. I initially misspoke and said “lettuce only,” but quickly clarified that I simply wanted no tomato. The cashier repeated the corrected order back to me, and I assumed everything was understood. They also asked for my name, but when calling out orders, they used the sandwich names instead, which added to the confusion.

When I received the food, both sandwiches were incorrect. One was marked “No Veggies” and was just meat with no toppings at all, while the other had no label and turned out to be entirely vegetables no meat at all. To end it all the Soda that I had poured myself from the drinking fountain ended up being flat.

Between the service issues, poor communication, and unclean environment, this was a disappointing visit overall. I still recommend Ike's, but do yourself a favor and go to a different location instead.
