The attitude of the clerk was very bad. I ordered food from Uber Eats, and when I arrived at the store, she said that she had not received the order record and refused to help. Her attitude was very cold. Insisting on calling Uber Eats myself, I went home hungry and will never come to this restaurant again.

Didn't know this place has changed to Ike's. So excited it's near our gym. Wednesday 6pm staff is super friendly. Very attentive and welcoming to everyone walking in. Thank you. We will be back!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the '49er' sandwich, which unfortunately caused food poisoning. I was expecting a satisfying meal, but instead, I ended up feeling unwell. As a result, I will not be returning to this location. I hope the restaurant takes food safety and quality control seriously to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.

Great, fresh, sandwiches. The inside is a little run-down but I usually order pick-up anyways so it doesnt really bother me. I always get the Da-Vinci with extra dirty sauce on dutch crunch bread (popularized by ikes!). Also beware, the Jalapeños are quite spicy.

Workers are always rude. They messed up our online order and didn't pick up the phone which is what the website says to do when they mess up your order.

Edit: I had to call them 3 times before they picked up and the worker was extremely rude. Supposedly got our money back for the wrong order but we'll see.

Honestly, I just got some chicken strips with ranch with a Mountain Dew. Pretty damn good in my opinion. Slim helped me at the register and Luisa made my food and they were pretty damn cool tbh.
